I have seen her for both prenatal and regular massage therapy and I highly recommend her for both. Hands down the best massage therapist in town!

In todays world finding a therapist who can provide a proper deep tissue massage is no easy task. Lauren excels at getting in to the hard to work areas and has excellent technique. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm really shines through during the massage. Having been an athlete herself you dont need to go into great detail of your issues. A quick description and she has it all figured out. 10/10 would recommend!

I have been getting treatment from Lauren for about a year now. She is responsive to whatever ailments my old bones (ok, muscles) might be experiencing that day. She is very pleasant to talk with but is also happy to let me have quiet if that's what I need that day. She is quick to respond when I have needed to get in touch, and her treatment room is comfortable and her location downtown is great. I am moving out of town, but intend to keep visiting Lauren for massages.

I had been going to Lauren a couple years ago and then she left the office I used to see her at. I couldn't find a therapist that would compare to her and am SO glad to have found her again. She gets to the deep tissues and is very knowledgeable with the proper exercises to reduce the effects. I definitely recommend her.
