I have been going to Back to Balance for a number of years. Appointments are easy to make online. Karen is always on time which is important to me. I have had a number of issues from sore feet, wrists, knees and shoulder all of which has been either completely remedied with massage therapy or the pain greatly reduced. During a shoulder injury, she was able to help with a massage and even taped my shoulder up to provide further support for a few more days. Karen’s pressure during massages is perfect. Never too soft and never too hard, always just the right pressure you need to feel better. Karen is a professional and has all tools needed to show it.
