I never tried acupuncture before, but with acupuncturist Jen, I had my best experience. My neck really hurt because of my sleeping gesture, and Jen didn't only treat my specific spot, she also found out other problem in my spine. She is really good at finding points that reflect certain area in your system. She did something that can help my whole system function better, and I felt much better after the session. Acupuncture is not terrified, definitely worth a try!

The acupucture session with Jen today is amazing. I could barely turn my head when I woke up and decided to try her acupuncture. It turned out to be very effective and I could turn my head right after this 1hr session. Though not full range of motion, my head could turn 45 degree. She inserted so many needles on my back, hands and feet. And she did at least three rounds. It was not as painful as I thought. I felt a little numb and tingling for some acupuncture points. She said she was born in an acupuncture family and practiced on herself a lot. So I am confident with her and satisfied with her treatment. For sharp or urgent pain relief, she is a very good choice.

The massage session with Becky is fantastic. I felt sore and a little painful at some joint points. But trust me, they are good pain, and I am much better after having that massage. She knows what she is doing, and shares some useful stress-relief tips with me. It is a happy experience, and I will go there again.

I’ve paid visits to both this location and the north York one. This location is the new one and is much bigger. I think thy also share the staff with other locations because they will take on rotation shifts here and there. The service was pretty good for someone that has gone to RMT only single digit times.

I went in there with limited mobility in my neck and the rmt Lee worked on my neck and shoulders for the entire time. Deep tissue, it was fantastic. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful as well. I booked another massage after the treatment and can't wait to get it!!

Everything is good except that the administrator on Saturday is out of the world. She would not be able to differentiate between OHIP and private insurance, and would make A LOT of typos on the receipt. Make sure you check everything and that she’s on board or even better, request for another person if possible to do it for you.

I had been having muscle tension and lower back pain from a car accident from over 10yrs ago. I've had physio therapy seen multiple chiropractors but never had the pain relieve I have had since starting treatment here at Tuina. Kellie was my therapist I got to sleep without pain for the first time in how many years I can't even remember. I can breath easier cause my back doesn't hurt when I breathe deeply and I can sleep peaceful and roll out of bed not clutching my back. I feel great. The service was friendly as I walked through the door. I like the open concept which is very open chi and inviting and very clean. I will always come back here to Tuina and if you have chronic pain issues im telling you, you need to come here!!!!

This place literally saved my life!!! ???? My neck and shoulders were in so much pain that i can’t even turn my head or lift anything up. But those people totally fixed all my problems within 2 months!!! My body had never felt so great before!!! Went here for the first time. The massage itself was pretty good although the front desk receptionists are very rude and there is literally no privacy. You are on show for everyone to see. It's open concept massage and you can hear people talking through your whole massage. The front desk staff were making fun of clients and nudging me another. Very unprofessional. If these issues were fixed it would be much better

Here again to try the osteopathy today with Sunny. He is ssssso good! I used to afraid of the cracking technique of osteopathy. However, he made me fully relax with massage and then did the adjusting with osteopathy. It's not afraid but full of enjoyment. Will definitely come !

Great company! I've been to 2 out of the three locations and there both so lovely! My boss recommended me to go here when my shoulder was killing bc of work and it was fixed!! Now be warned it's deep deep massage but it gets the job done!!! Thanks for beating me up guys! Lol!

Not a place for relaxation massage. Open concept and no privacy. Some lady was grimacing/crying as the lady was massaging her which was bothering me. However it is good place for getting some sort of "treatment" done. I had aches and pains many places in my body that went away after the massage.

Had a message from the acupuncturist there as we went in as a couple and they only had one RMT at that time. He ended up putting 4 needles in my legs which helped relieve tension in my lower back. Very knowledgeable practitioner. I highly recommend.

Read various reviews regarding this place and decided to check it out. Extremely friendly staff and excellent timely service at front desk. I particularly enjoyed filling out a form describing on a picture of a human body where I had pain or discomfort and gave it a ranking as well. The massage therapist was excellent and really followed through with working on what I had identified. Pressure senstivity was periodically inquired upon politely. Once again service was offered through a RMT. The only downside to this location in my opinion is the absence of separation/privacy. The massage area is an open area with tables setup and customers remain with clothes on and take up positions on the tables situated fairly close to one another. This lack of privacy as well as inability to dim lighting and have silence is a detriment to the experience slightly. However the main purpose of getting a quality massage is fulfilled wonderfully well.

I'm so happy that my daughter recommended Tuina Scarborough. Their facility is extremely clean, bright with very friendly staff. Visited a few times over the past few months. The treatment they provide is professional and really helped with a number of health issues. The professional staff are very experienced, highly trained and know exactly how to treat your condition. I would highly recommend Tuina for osteopathy, chiropractic, Acupuncture & massage therapy. Would recommend Sunny (Osteopath) and Kellie (Acupuncture/Massage Therapy) - you will walk out feeling healthier, happier and pain free.

It is a good place to get massage. The therapist that I had name Jacky. He is a experienced and knowledgeable massage therapist. After the session, I felt so relaxed and comfortable. I very enjoyed the session.

The session with master Yohei is amazing. I can tell he is very experienced. Pressure is PERFECT. He found a lot of sore points that no other massage therapist ever found. And the reflexology he did is good too. After the massage, my tensed back becomes much lighter, and I had a very deep sleep that night. His Shiatsu is pretty much the best I ever had, and I will have more sessions with him.
