I booked my first therapeutic massage with Therapy First as a result of an injury. I was a bit nervous heading in, but Beverly was so pleasant and friendly; she made me feel so comfortable I forgot I was even hesitant to begin with!! She is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable in her craft! She did her own personal assessment of my injury, identifying key areas of pain which were not picked up by my general practioner. She not only helped to alleviate some of my pain, but she educated me on posture and gave me stretching exercises, along with suggestions on how to avoid experiencing such an injury in the future. I highly recommend Therapy First Clinic for all of your wellness needs! Thanks again Bev!!

The owner and manager Beverley is an experienced massage therapist who knows how to get to the ROOT of your pain. She and her staff are amazing, courteous, professional and friendly. I've recommend her to everyone I know. My Dad also goes to her for arthritis pain and absolutely loves her.

Therapy First is a beautiful atmosphere... You feel like you are totally transported to a zen like place with the spa set up. Bev and her staff team are so professional, friendly and courteous and make every visit so pleasurable. The massages and spa packages are so amazing, relaxing and done to a high standard. I highly recommend Therapy First for your regular massages or if you want to treat yourself to a spa like experience with so many different services to choose from!!!! Worth every penny

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I stumbled upon therapy first recently, due to a sharp pain on my shins, also known as shin splints. This pain was always coming back for 2 long years and I thought nothing could have been done at this point, but I was wrong. I had the pleasure to meet Beverly and her team, who promptly took care of me the same day for a full hour deep tissue massage. Beverly was clearly a professional and knew all my pain areas without even me telling her. Although a deep tissue massage is not supposed to be a pleasant one, she made it very comfortable and smooth. The next day I felt like a new man, and after i raced a Spartan race for 21km and 30 obstacles, my shins did not give me any issue! THANK YOU BEVERLY!!
