I tried their reflexology session for the first time. The rooms are very clean and refreshing, and Kim is a really skilled and caring therapist. After the session, I felt calm, peaceful and nicely loose. I was surpirised by how it can heal the whole body. Highly recommended!

I've been seeing Tricia Quintal regularly and she is a very skilled massage therapist. Her deep tissue massage is excellent and she can also go lighter if that is what you are seeking. She gets right at "that spot" that is the problem and releases the muscle. The atmosphere at Serenity is cozy and relaxing. Overall a great experience.
