Unfortunately I called them to book an appointment on Tuesday for the next day, I filled the forms online as requested and when I got there she tells me your appointment is for the next day. Very upsetting with you have serious back pain and the receptionist realized she mixed up when I got there and reminded her that shes the one who booked my time. No apologies or follow up. Won't be going there again!!!

Unfortunate, but I received probably the worst massage I've ever experienced at this facility. Please note, this is not to bash the clinic or the RMT; the facility is nice and the therapist was pleasant to deal with - however she seemed to have very little idea on how or where to begin; she seemed to be fairly new and unskilled at the practice. None of the issues I had mentioned to her were addressed properly and in one instance she hit a nerve which caused me to jolt up in pain...instead of taking notice of the pain and working around it, she continued to poke at it...two days later and i'm still feeling an uncomfortable numbness in the area. A waste of $85 and my time.

Book. You won't be disappointed AND they even put it through your insurance for you (instead of having to go home and do it yourself).

Fantastic place! Very clean! Jennifer, the owner, takes the time to take care of her place of business and especially, her clients. Her Rouge team (adore Sam!) does an equally amazing job! I would highly recommend as during these sensitive times (COVID-19), Jen has taken the time to research proper safety measures, reinforce them with staff and makes sure as a client you feel safe and well taken care of. If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place is amazing. A friend of mine recommended me to Jen, the owner, and said she was great. Well, she wasn't lying because when I called to book with her, I found out that she was so good that she was fully booked and unavailable for weeks from Sam. As a result, I mentioned to Sam that I was very early in my pregnancy and had quite a few concerns. Sam was very understanding and knowledgeable that I felt comfortable enough to book with her and I wasn't let down there either. Jen only hires registered RMTs and Sam is fantastic!! Now I've never had a REAL massage before coming here and now I'm a regular (no looking back). They are very welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and the all around customer service they provide makes me tell all my friends and family about the services they provide. I highly recommend this place to absolutely EVERYONE! P.S. they have direct billing :-), so convenient

I come to Rouge Therapy for both massages and chiro. It's easy to book massage appointments online and cancel within a reasonable amount of time. All the staff are very friendly and whenever I leave I always feel relaxed. I also came here because I had a sharp pain in my knee. I booked appointments consistently with Kyle and he was so nice and patient throughout my recovery. I did everything he recommended and he explained everything very well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I love coming here and would recommend them to anyone.
