I love this place. Today was my 2nd visit, and I thought it was time to review it. The first time I got a massage from Michael, and then today I had Janice. Both of them were amazing! Both times, I went because my muscles were crying out for some TLC. I been going to the gym in the past few weeks, and I was starting to get soreness that wasn't going away. Both of them seemed to have a lot of knowledge and completely knew what they were doing and what I meant when I said I had tight spots on my body. Especially Michael, he has a magic hand ! I pointed out roughly where a spot on my back was bothering me, and he was able find it right away. he got it spot on! It just seemed like he knew exactly where each of my muscles were and where most sore and most tight spot are. I will definitely keep coming back here for my massage therapy -- and probably more regularly too!

We went for a couples massage after a long day at work and felt quite relax afterward. Mike and Janice do pay attention to our trouble spots and worked more on those areas. They listen to our concerns as I prefer deeper massage and my wife enjoys a lighter touch. The clinic is very professional and client focused. The room is clean and tidy, not too bright but no music. I do refer my friends to this clinic for real massage by RMTs.

I've been to many massage places in the area and this place is by far the best. The staff are friendly and very professional. They make you feel very comfortable and they clearly know what they are doing. I went because of pain in my back and stiffness in my legs and they were able to relieve the soreness and pain. Very good massage. One thing lacking is music, I was distracted by the loud talking in the other room and when we asked if they have music they said they do not. They should have a quite rule then since no music is played as I don’t want to hear other people talking while trying to relax. Otherwise one of the best massage I’ve had in a long time.

My experience was top notch. Michael was professional, kind and sensitive to my requests - and I had come to the appointment feeling tension in my entire back, neck and shoulder region. He struck me as a very quiet person - but was open to have a conversation with me to insure I was comfortable. The entire time, Michael maintained a very professional environment and worked away a lot of my tension - even in my lower calfs which I didn't even realize they were so tight! I couldn't be any more happy with the service I received today. It's a great massage clinic with an tremendous focus on making sure clients are taken care of and supported. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The prices are fair, and I was so happy to pay it. A first-time experience, that was totally worth it!

I've been going to this Clinic for a couple years now so decided to finally write a review :) Their location is very convenient by transit and also by car... right at the plaza of midland and Nicoll, it's right beside Rona and lots of parking all around. The clinic is in the Maximum Professional Building and I totally love this clinic's environment. It's comfy and cozy and clean as always. I mostly see Lily, but sometime when Lily's is not available for the time frame I wanted, then I see Janice instead, but all the therapist at this clinic seem to be of top quality and very educated in human structures. I would say that I prefer a firmer pressured massage and the RMT's mentioned previously definitely will give that to you if you want. I'm sure they do softer massages too if you request it. Lily and Janice seems to always be able to tell where I will be sore and how to massage the knots out of my muscles. If it's one of my problem areas in my right shoulder, she asks "Is it really sore?" to make sure she doesn't give me too much pressure there. :) Very considerate. And, I think she goes above and beyond what other RMT's have done for me by massaging my pecs and my armpit, which are muscle groups linked to the sore ones in my shoulder. Who knew they were all connected? although it's a lil bit embarrassing to have someone pressing into my armpit, I have to say that this is what makes my painful shoulder feel so much better afterwards. I would credit weekly massage sessions with Lily for what has helped me live almost pain-free from an old injury in my right shoulder. I pretty much have my appointments booked once every two week on regular basis, they are very busy all the time, that's when I recommend this place to my friends, I always tell them to try book their appointment ahead of time, at least couple days till a week in advance, just so that they can have the time frame that's more convenience to them. Anyway, to summarize, I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic for all your aches and pains and massaging needs :)

Michael is best RMT I’ve had because I have a frozen shoulder that’s extremely painful. I couldn’t even lift my right arm to touch my left underarm . . After just one visit with him I’m now able to lift my arm enough to reach my left underarm without pain. If anyone has back pain and frozen shoulder , highly recommended Michael. I will be going back again.

Lily's Massage is located within a medical building at the border of Scarborough and Markham. They have multiple treatment rooms with professional therapists. The clinic is always clean, quiet, and inviting! I have visited this clinic the past 6 years and there is a reason I keep returning. I have visited many popular establishments, from St Annes to the Ritz to Body Blitz... but I am confident in saying that you will not experience a massage like this one elsewhere. The services provided don't quite come with a "style" the way many spas promote their packages but if I were to describe it using layman terms, I'd say it is a combination of a deep tissue massage and lymphatic drainage for your whole body. So before booking an appointment, you should be aware of what type of massage to expect. Therapists here have an uncanny ability to pinpoint your internal ailments and physical discomforts - just with a touch. As with all massages, there is always a potential for some discomfort when the therapist works on a particularly sore spot, or some soreness the day after. But I will guarantee that the 90 minutes spent here will be truly satisfying and you will feel brand new, if not immediately, then definitely the next day. If you are like me, you would not want to visit anywhere else!

I've had shoulder mobility problems for the past year and I've gotten massages but I guess they didn't hit the right spots... I booked a one hour massage with Michael and I've been able to move my left shoulder as well as much right shoulder ever since. Michael's super friendly and the place is very cozy and clean, I highly recommend this place to those who has condition and want a nice therapeutic deep massage.

I did the massage for only 30 minutes as I was getting late for an appointment,but even the 30 minutes made a difference. I had back pain and muscle pain after my badminton and after the massage I feel very relaxed and pain is gone. Michael is terrific, and he is the best. Had the massage with Janice(sorry if I spelled wrong). She was very professional and completely aware of massage points for muscle relaxation. I had a bad neck and upper back pain. Also my right shoulder aches when I move imy hand in a specific direction. All were addressed properly and I felt very relaxed after the massage. I am aware that the pain wont go away completely in just one sitting, but I could see the difference before and after massage. Definitely coming back soon. ** I called up about an issue, hope you take care of it.

Definitely more of a clinic environment instead of a spa ie. no relaxing music or nature sounds and thin walls. My entire massage was spent listening to two women chatting in the room next door, so not very relaxing. The massage, however was very good. The masseuse seemed to know what he was doing and was able to identify the areas that needed more work. The facility was also very clean.

Not a great experience. The place was not very clean and had smelly rooms. The therapist did ask about specific injuries but never really possessed the skill to massage accordingly. On the whole, not a relaxing experience at all and will not recommend this place to anyone.
