FIrst time and most definitely the last time. Massage was either too light or straight out elbow to the leg. Me and my friend went together and the women were talking very loudly to each other where him (my friend) and I could not even carry out a conversation( so much for relaxing) at the end the lady said to another woman " I never saw someone who doesnt tip" but in Chinese so we couldnt understand it. My friend (he was brown) understood Chinese. Heres a tip how about provide good service and not offend your customers before they are leaving. Youre better off getting beatup in a dark alley than to come here. Body hurts in random places out 160 bucks (same outcome as being mugged)

We went there one year ago and this place has been the worst massage place ever, including all places we’ve been in different countries. I’m leaving another review because there is definitely something wrong with the recent 5-star reviews. How can a place where the owner used abusive words to customers deserve the 4+ stars? Incredibly nice service with great feet and body massages. Have an RMT specialist as well as acupuncture specialist too. Have great availability in terms of working hours. Great reflexology foot massages and TCM/accupressure styles massages. Has some really decent folks working here who genuinely try to make a difference. If anything try the foot massages!

Please be aware before you book an appointment at this place. The masseuse are extremely rude and unprofessional. Me and my friend went in for a massage and they were incredibly loud and talkng in their own language. The massage itself was horrible and has left me with a sore back for the next few days. Lastly they force you to give them a tip please do yourself a favor and don't go here there's a lot more massage places in Toronto you can go too.

This is an astounding massage center. But before I went, I checked the reviews. However, a few were saying how this place is un-professional and how it hurts when they do a massage. Yet I searched it up, I found that a professional massage is supposed to hurt at first. You could compare this pain as if you just finished an exercise you're not used to. So I went and had a marvellous massage. The massage did hurt in the beginning, but after I got home, my muscles were so relaxed out. I would recommend trying it one time to see if you like it and you can go again if it suits you.

If I could rate this place below zero I surely will! Receptionists suck way harder than you could imagine. They were nice before we went in but soooooo rude after, they charge two different prices for with and without insurance and HAVE NO IDEA OF HOW TO DO INSURANCE, their is an old short woman with a mouth of bad teeth even tried to humiliate us and asked for tips. After you suck this hard why the hell I should tip you.

Facilities are worn and seriously lacking in maintenance (e.g. Men's locker room door won't close properly for >1 year so there's no privacy, walls are very thin so you hear everything that is going on outside the room). Amenities are poorly maintained (no soap, shampoo, slippers when busy. Absolutely no security for your valuables in the locker -- only 5 of 10 lockers has a flimsy key that is working). Massages are generally satisfactory. Prices are in line with their competitors in that plaza.

One of my favorite spots. Been coming here for years. Love that they provide a sauna, definitely need to take advantage every time. Cindy does amazing work. Took care of all my knots and I came out feeling like Jello. Sooooo good. Highly recommended!!!
