Friendly staff, privacy, clean place. Able to feel they treat us with their body and mind. Can feel some power following through their hands. Very nice feeling. I had stiffness on certain parts of my body after few messages able to feel better flexibility. Highly recommend for all the age group to try this place.

Highly recommend this place! I am on my second trimester and been receiving my prenatal massages here. Maithily has been very attentive to my needs based on my past history of pregnancy and current situation. I absolutely love her service, she is very professional, communicative and creates a calming atmosphere while you there. I would recommend her and Body & Beyond. They definitely cater to individual needs. I have had prenatal massages before from other places, where I wasn't very happy with the result. I can guarantee you that once you get a massage from her you will never go to anyone else. Exceptional service!

Maithily is like a Magician. have been seeing so many therapist for the past 5 years. I had a tightness around my neck and shoulder which affected my hands mobility. So I thought of trying Maithily . ,her sidh marama massage. Maithily is an amazing Sidha Marma therapist Just after 3 sessionsI felt totally a new person.- She is professional, thoughtful and highly experienced. I had a tightness around neck due to tightness around my neck and shoulder area and booked an appointment with her - she understood my issue, ensured that I was comfortable and helped fixed the issue with as little discomfort as possible. As a healthcare professional I need treatment and relaxation, I was treated for my upper back and shoulder pain and felt calm in the process. After an hour I felt significantly better and with no pain. I decided to come back after a week and I had no issues with booking. Having received good reviews of the SMAC, I visited the clinic hoping to relieve myself of the shoulder pain which has bothered me for long. As I walked in I was impressed in the ' Yogic' setting of the parlour. Mythily who attended on me understood my problem and took about an hour to run and massage me with special oil. She was very kind and explained to me what caused the pain. I had a few sessions with her and now the pain has vanished. Still I go there once in two weeks for a relaxing body massage from a knowledgeable and experienced Mythily.

They were neck pain and back pain. I was struggling with this pain for great amount of time, for the past two years. I visited Body and Beyond after undergoing sever back pain in both my neck area and parts of my back for close to 3 weeks. After 3 visits I was pain free, along with the treatment I was given tips and advice from Jeya as well. He showed me certain stretches I should do during the treatment and after. Overall I had a great experience and would 100% recommend!

- I work at the pharmacy, and I contained a very painful shoulder pain for a long time. I was at the verge of searching for places that can help me solve this problem, I have been to many places, until I made my last stop at the body and beyond massage centre, within one massage appointment 80% of my pain was relived, I felt much better, the pain on my shoulder decreased by a big amount.
