This was my first visit at Bellesmere but i am pretty sure its not the last, David is the reason. He is just amazing, very professional, courteous and exceptional with what he does. I needed more focus on upper body and leg and David did really great job. I still regret of snoring in middle of massage, that was so embarrassing on my part lol. But i would highly recommend this place to any one looking for massage. I will visit again!

I completed the 12 series of structural integration with Rod, and experienced wonderful results. I had been a fitness instructor for 10 years, and had tried improving my posture with yoga and exercise, but never achieved the changes I wanted until I tried structural integration. Before structural integration, my head was in a forward position from my desk job. I also had very high arches that ached after I walked long distances. After completing the 12 series, my neck became so neutral that I am comfortable sleeping with out a pillow. I can also walk all day with my toddler without any soreness in my feet. I would highly recommend Rod if you are interested in trying out the method. You will leave feeling lighter, taller, and more energetic.

I was looking for a great RMT for awhile now. I tried a few places and was never completely satisfied, until I went to David Floroff, I think I have had around 10 massages (over the course of 1.5 years) and have always felt refreshed and my problem area of neck and back taken care of. He even takes some time after the massages to provide you with stretching or health advice to maintain your overall health.

I irritated a knot in my trap muscle last week and knew I'd need to to see an RMT. I booked with David last minute as this was the closest place that opened early (for a physiotherapy clinic in Scarborough at least) and also had good reviews. I booked for 45 minutes as I was short on time but he was thorough, informative, and used the time effectively. I haven't felt the irritation since. Really thankful since I went camping two days after and would have been miserable with that pain in my trap. I would recommend and come back! Thanks you!

I googled a massage therapy clinic Scarborough area , so I found Bellesmere with very good feedback and I called to arrange one hour massage for my wife (answer machine telling me that I can book online through their website) so I went on line and I made the booking through Bellesmere website for next day 9:15 and we have 2 infants home so we needed to arrange a babysitter for couple of hours to set with the kids. Viktoria drove over and she was there by 9 am as the first time , we thought that she needed to be there early and fill in any application required as the first visit always is required. The big surprise , the Bellesmere clinic was closed till 9:14 and then a lady (an employee we guessed) opened the clinic's door and when she entered the clinic , she saw my wife was there waiting for them (at the front door)and she went into the clinic and locked the door without saying a word . Viktoria waited 15 min before , she start knock the door (9:30 am) ... then Viktoria was asked to come in (after she knocked)and she was given an application to fill in (9:37) ... Viktoria did not say a word just left this bloody clinic . The have the technology working for booking but they have no clue who had booked what .... I called twice and no answer ... the same answer machine asking me to go online and make the booking ... what a joke!!!

Clinic is in the medical building with plenty of free parking. Difficult to find good RMTs, staff is very professional and takes COVID restrictions seriously. Highly recommend David Floroff, he is knowledgeable and is able to identify issues and target pain points. He will suggest stretches and exercises to do at home to relieve pain. Every time the massage goes for the full 60 minutes, and not start late and end early like other places. Also very easy to book appointments online.

My wife went there , it was 5 start service. So i went ahead for my neck and back pain. After the 1 hour massage it was very nice after 1 hour or so it started to pain badly. I had to take up tylenol and woke up with stiff pain around shoulders. Giving 3 star because my wife had such a good experience earlier.

SHORT VERSION: David is awesome and will fix you. LONG VERSION: You know how sometimes you go to an RMT because there's a muscle ache that's causing you trouble, and you leave the session and the problem's still there? This USED to happen to me all the time, but then David started working with me and now I don't have that problem anymore. The man is a magician. He knows his stuff, he explains everything he's doing, and I don't really understand any of it except that I leave feeling amazing. Problem solved, EVERY TIME. I will follow this RMT in a non-creepy way to wherever clinic he goes because he is the only therapist I've ever come across who reliably gets the job done. I also appreciate the fact that he keeps learning new techniques to constantly improve his already-expansive knowledge base. If Google allowed me to give more stars, I would. In conclusion, David is awesome.

Only negative I have is that the parking lot is difficult to navigate and tight to park in if you've got a large vehicle.

I had had pain for about 3 months. Physio helped with range of motion but I still had pain. Rod sorted me out in about 20 mins and the pain hasn't come back. It's not the most comfortable treatment in the world but it works. With that said, you are in control of the pressure the entire time. This is not some sketchy massage parlour.

I went perfectly fit and fine and after massage when I wake up next day my back is hurting like hell. It's been 2 months now and I have to see a chiropractor for my back pain and not to say I had to do x-ray today as my pain is still not going. I showed every past medical history upfront and still was not taken care of properly. I was an active person with doing exercise 6 days a week and now I am here taking chiro appointments. DISAPPOINTED ???? I VISITED THIS CLINIC ONLY. I AM SURE.

I can’t recommend Grace enough, she was very attentive to the areas that needed to be worked on and had amazing communication throughout. Grace was highly professional and very informative about muscles and stretching/massaging techniques, which I appreciated learning more about. She was very thorough and consistently ensured that I was comfortable. She created a very relaxing environment, which i look forward to returning to when necessary. Absolutely not for babies or toddlers. We were swindled into paying for our baby even when they knew that the massage therapist has no experience at all with babies. If a therapist doesn't know how to massage a baby then don't invite them for a massage and charge them ridiculous amounts of money for talking! Also, when they took our money and we inquired why it was ok for them to charge us without providing any service the therapist was not courteous at all. ok place for adults but if you are thinking about taking your babies or toddlers there, would recommend you take them elsewhere

David is amazing! I have a routine schedule now, I wouldn't miss a day. I go in with knots and severe sciatica pain, he has released my pain every time. He assesses my pain, and has new and current methods of treatment (structural integration). He pinpoints my pain and always releases the tension. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I walk out the way I'm supposed to feel with educated recommendations for stretches and exercises. Call him you won't regret it.

I have been visiting this place for past year doing massage therapy and acupuncture + cupping and its a pretty good place. The people there are skilled and do a great job. Only thing I wish they change are their massage tables. The head rest is broken for almost all of them so you don't have the head hole to breathe comfortably while getting a massage or acupuncture. I hope management spends money and buys new tables because it ruins the whole experience. This is making me consider to change because you are paying standard prices and there are other massage placed available.

I have been going to this location since may. And I have to say I feel so much better Their staff are very helpful and kind. They offer and online booking which Super convenient! I see Chelsea she is amazing ! Very personable! They are so organized it's super clean and easy to find. Thwy are right off of a few different bus routes and fairly close to the Scarborough town centre. Thank you for the truly amazing experience !
