Poor communication and lack of service. We booked for a couple's treatment last week for today. The therapist on the desk confirmed the latest they could do was 5.45. As hotel guests of Quattro she confirmed our room number. We arrived just before 5.45 to be told our booking was an hour ago. I asked why no one attempted to contact us and the excuse was as she didn't want to walk over to the hotel reception (not 3 meters away) No apology, no compensation, no offer to rebook. As we left extremely disappointed they lady we spoke with did not say a word. We are not locals we do not have a telephone to contact other than our phone in the hotel room. I had saved the appointment time in my phone as a reminder as soon as we booked it so not to forget. 4.45 and 5.45 are different sounding times also. I really am not one to leave reviews so disheartening, but this has been the worst experience my husband and I have ever encounted. Utterly disappointed, terrible service. Turns out other reviewers have shared simliar issues

I had a massage appointment two days ago. When I booked over the phone, I was not informed that the massage will not be performed by a RMT. Because of work, I arrived 10 mins late. By the time we started the massage it was already 23 mins into my appointment. The masseuse was terrible. She couldn't get the pressure right. In fact, I felt very sore and bruised the next day. Even though I see a RMT at least once a week for my shoulder, I have never experienced more discomfort after getting a massage before. The guy at the front desk was very rude and indifferent. I was still charged for the full hour and he showed no empathy for me. The "relaxation" music was too loud. Overall, a terrible experience never to be repeated again. I will stick to professionals who don't overcharge for their services and are pleasant about it.

Love this place!!! Always so nice and accommodating! Kind and gentle! Had a gross looking callus on my foot when I went for a pedi, my esthetician was super nice about it and even gave me pointers on how to help remove it! Also said she'd file it down for me! Awesome team!

Not so great experience never recieved reminder email when phoned to make sure still had appointment with them the person I spoke with was trying to tell me that my appointment was a different day than I had booked than get to the appointment and running behind was a very rushed pedicure girl messed up one toe and tried to fix it and it got messed up even more didn't get everything that was to be included with the pedicures not a very good experience at all messed up on mothers pedicure as well

I've been going to greenhouse for a little over a year now. A close friend of mine recommended that I see Uravi for threading. Ever since the initial experience of getting my brows threaded, I can't brag about this place enough! Not only have I had the opportunity to get my brows taken care of, but I had the chance to experiment with lash extensions, lash lifts and getting a facial done by different staff members. Everyone that I've encountered have only made my experience going to Greenhouse more personable and this is like a second home for me when I need to take a step back from reality and do some self-care. The staff make sure you leave their spa with perfect standards and that is one thing that I've noticed over the course of the year, which is something that some places lack on. I am giving this a 5 star review, because it is the most I can give when I know it deserves more! <3

My girl friends and I recently had a girls weekend in Sault Ste Marie! The owners and staff of The Green House Spa were amazing, and far exceeded all of our expectations! The services were fab, the customized spa lunch, the personal touch for our hotel room, the robes, the slippers......everything was fantastic. We will certainly return next year, as we've decided to make the Green House Spa an annual destination! Thanx for making our weekend so special! From the Mo-Sista's, The Hammer and Thunder Bay!
