I have used the services of pt Health Physiotherapy clinic twice. Both times I have found the therapists to be knowledgeable and caring. During my recent visit during the Covid-19 pandemic the clinic had a high standard of maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in all required protocols. My treatment followed a program of ultra sound, massage and exercises which I was encouraged to follow at home. In both situations treatment resulted in a satisfactory conclusion. I would recommend the services of this facility to anyone requiring physiotherapy treatment.

Was told to be there 15 minutes early, only to arrive to a locked door. Stood outside waiting then waited 15 minutes in the waiting room. The person who I saw was not very useful in my opinion Treated with a TENS machine and heat which spiked my blood pressure.. they let me drive home even though I was feeling dizzy, light-headed and nauseated.

Following a car accident I attended the clinic for Physiotherapy and other services. I found the PT Health clinic to be very sanitary with extra Covid protocols in place. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and professional. I recommend the clinic to everyone.

All of the staff have great Human Service skills and training in their field, and you feel like you're in great hands while working with this team! I can't recommend it enough! From my first phone call to book initial appt. I have been impressed with this clinic. I was seen quickly, received appt confirmation emails in advance... and was always greeted warmly upon arrival. But best of all... the treatments have effectively given me relief from pain and I am enjoying increased range of motion. Also, the massage therapist Is the best I’ve ever been to...will definitely return in future as needed!

I've had an excellent experience. I've had only 2 visits. The ultrasound was the most painful treatment I have ever had. After treatment my shoulder was in more pain than the original rotator cuff problem. I now have a problem with my tennis elbow. Don't know if the exercise for rotator cuff is the problem, but when I see you next maybe we can discuss this matter. The employees are awesome, mind you I have only saw 2 different employees.. I would totally advise your company again. I must correct myself in the message above. I have enjoyed your company. When I came back from therapy I am sure my fibro was at its peak. I do have flare ups which makes me sensitive to touch. The last time I was in, everything went really well. The people that work there are awesome and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed my experience at PT Physio.i broke my wrist a couple of years ago. The care I received was awesome, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were all very helpful, very encouraging, I am bad to normal because of the great care and exercises. This year I broke my radius and a ring finger. Again, I revisited PT physio. Bob has been right on the mark with the physio he has had me do. Due to the injury, he told me right up front that this could take time to heal. However, there have been very noticeable improvements in the last week or two. Range of motion has improved and pain is nowhere near as bad as it was. I would highly recommend pt Health to anyone who needs help with physiotherapy. The staff are also extremely good and very caring. Two thumbs up to pt Health in Sarnia.

I got an email today to do a survey on PT Health Sarnia Physiotherapy. It's not hard for me to do a good report on this company and I'll tell you why. I got an appointment very quickly I was seen by Bob the physiotherapist he assess my injuries and what I needed to do through my orthopedic surgeon. He then proceeded on showing me some motion exercises to get myself Mobility on my arm which were pretty easy to do it even though it was rough at the beginning. I then saw Mallory who took the time with me to help with my motivation. I like the Hands-On technique how they make sure you're doing the exercises correctly so you do not injure yourself any further than you already are. The staff is very polite whenever I've called or come in. I can't say anything bad about the place it's all good for me. I had to quit physiotherapy because I had surgery on my shoulder. But I plan to go back to the same physiotherapy place I'm talking about now. I know they will help motivate me and get me back to my life in no time. Thanks a lot and I really appreciate your help

The Facility is very welcoming, clean, bright, spacious and well organized practicing the COVID19 protocols. Temperature taken when you enter, hand sanitizer and mandatory masks provided. Staff are professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been treated by Mallory and Bob. I would not hesitate to refer someone to pt Health.

Second of all i think your front office staff is super friendly , they always have a smile on their faces & treat & make me feel like a human being i really enjoy talking to them they are a lot of fun to be around . And last but not least i am currently doing physical therapy on my right knee , i find that both Bob & Mallory are highly experienced therapist who are really helping me along with my knee they are super friendly with me & any question i ask them they always have an answer for me .
