Nick Lord has helped me tremendously in my injury recovery and prevention for the future. Nick's professionalism, amiable and relaxed disposition, overall knowledge, hands-on skills, and (most importantly) willingness to educate beyond the treatment you receive on the day of your appointment are second to none. I wish that I still lived in the area, so that I could continue to get consistent treatment from Nick, but he helped me with adjustments to my exercise routine, recovery process, and short/long term goals too, giving me knowledge to take with me when I left the room. I have had many, many massages for chronic back pain and I would definitely rank Nicholas as one of the best I’ve had. Not only was the massage amazing, he is also very personable, takes the time to really assess your issues before the massage, and he even emailed me workouts which I could do at home to help with my back issues. I felt so amazing leaving my appointment. You know it’s a great massage when you get in your car after and have to adjust the rear view mirror because you stretched an inch or two taller. Highly recommend!
