I was referred to the Brights Grove location from a former co-worker who recommended Cindy Dennis . Never having gone to physio therapy before I was a bit nervous . From the initial set up appointment I have been so impressed with this team . The receptionist was amazing at fitting me in quickly with a time that worked with my work schedule . Cindy immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable . She takes a genuine interest in the Treatment plan to get you back on track . Andy also works as her assistant and has been very helpful . I went to PT Health after surgery for a retracted rotor cuff. After six sessions the bicep going to the rotor cuff inflamed. I was told by the physio therapist this was not the rotor cuff but a second opinion and an ultrasound has confirmed the rotor cuff is torn again. I cannot recommend this clinic.

Thank you, Cindy and staff at pt Health Bright's Grove Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre. Since January 2020, the twice weekly physio and acupuncture treatments have helped me regain my mobility. The personalized at home exercises help strengthen and give me more flexibility. Since January I have made steady progress. I plan to reach my goals and enjoy a more active, pain free lifestyle.
