I went here for my first Brazilian wax, thinking eyebrows and legs are a breeze how much worse could it be. Needless to say the staff were very supportive of my nervousness and weirdness. She was very polite and helpful through my experience. Although having never waxed it before. The pain was crazy and I almost cried. I'm super wimpy but, everything is super smooth and I'm very happy with the outcome.

Probably the worst massage I've ever had, especially for $85!!! The lady giving the massage was friendly, just not very good. Also left so much massage oil on me I was able to give myself another massage at home.. definitely do not recommend for massages ???? EDIT: The owner got in touch when the me, which was pretty impressive, and offered me a free massage from a RMT they hired. I took their offer. Massage still wasn't the greatest but at least she took the initiative to offer me another massage. Bumping up from 1, to 2 stars

I called to book an appointment for a MANI/PEDI, and yes I did state both. Was supposed to be a birthday gift for my wife and daughter. ( was supposed to be my daughters first time ) I spoke with Cindy on the phone and seemed like everything went smoothly and the appointment was booked. Little did I know when my wife and daughter showed up, Cindy only booked half the appointment and not even the services that I wanted. I called to dispute and I have never spoke to someone so rude and insisting I didn’t know what I said when I booked the appointment, how I didn’t tell her the right thing when booking? She’s condescending and probably one of the worst people I’ve ever encountered to deal with at any business, couldn’t even apologize for the mix-up or supposed miscommunication. Will never recommend and never booking another appointment at this garbage establishment.
