They are great. I had an injury from work, so I was covered under CSST. It was my first time trying to figure out how to process paperwork the receptionist was amazing and that most of the work for me and explained everything step-by-step. She was super accommodating schedule wise. As for my physiotherapist, Melanie, what a spirit this lady has. She is good at what she does, and she is a lovely human being. I actually enjoyed going, and it didn't feel forced. She was good and customized everything to me.
