Finally, I spent MORE THAN 4 HOURS in the salon because my hairdresser passed a client at the same time as me. My appointment was at 5:00 p.m. and I waited almost 30 minutes in the waiting room. I left the show around 9.15 p.m., I didn't have supper because I didn't think it would last beyond 2:30 ... In short, I'm very disappointed, my colleagues and entourage have all told me that they pay a lot less expensive elsewhere and for the same results. I will not stay there again and I do not recommend it. (Original) Beaucoup trop cher pour le résultat!!!!!! J'ai payé 260$ montant avant pourboire pour avoir la moitié de la tête de mèches, la racine des cheveux en coloration et une coupe de cheveux (j'ai les cheveux aux épaules et minces). J'aime le résultat mais je considère que j'aurais pu très bien avoir l'équivalent ailleurs. Je le déconseille fortement car les prix affichés sur le site ne reflètent pas la réalité. De plus, ma coiffeuse (Karo-Lynn) m'a chargé 22$ pour un produit (Olapex) que je n'ai jamais demandé et elle ne m'a pas avisé du prix, elle me l'a seulement mis dans les cheveux. Enfin, j'ai passé PLUS DE 4 HEURES au salon car ma coiffeuse a passé une cliente en même temps que moi. Mon RDV était à 17h00 et j'ai patienté près de 30 minutes dans la salle d'attente. Je suis sortie du salon vers 21h15, je n'avais pas souper car je ne pensais pas que ça durerait au delà de 2h30... Bref je suis très déçue, mes collègues et entourage m'ont tous dit qu'ils paient beaucoup moins cher ailleurs et pour les mêmes résultats. Je n'y retournerai plus et je le déconseille.

Elle a su répondre à ma demande tout en se souciant de la santé de mes cheveux et de leur limite qu’ils ne pouvaient pas dépasser puisqu’ils étaient brisés. Bref, je vous la conseille tellement. Un amour comme personne, je ne serais comment la remercier autant pour ce qu’elle a pu faire en un ans pour mes petits cheveux et à mes demandes spéciales en ongles.
