Had an appointment for 5pm..Got there the outside doors were locked no way to get in and no one answering the phone.

Made an appointment earlier today for 1:45 pm. Originally wanted a quick 15 minute appointment to help with some shoulder pain. Was advised over the phone that at least 30 minutes would be necessary for my issues. Show up 10 minutes early, fill out the necessary paperwork only to be told there isn’t actually anybody available to help me, direct quote “bottom line, there’s nobody here to help you” and the massage therapist is in Port Stanley. 10/10 would not recommend this place. Even before/while filling out the paperwork the lady working there was rude and unwelcoming.

If I could give negative stars I would. Last week I had an appt for 6pm. Was told to arrive a little earlier to fill out paper work. Doors locked. Can’t get in the building and no one answering the phone. Finally at 6:15 (after 25 mins of waiting) she shows up. Apologized she was late due to son being locked out of house. She then had to get room ready and gave me a 20 minute massage (free of charge) for the inconvenience before her next appt arrived. I re-booked for the following week because sometimes life happens. Today I arrive at 5:50. Called twice. Rang the door bell. Waited until 6:01 as I had got no response. Left. Sure enough this girl calls me at 6:05 saying “my bad, I didn’t realize the door was locked and I have been waiting for you”. It says on the front door - doors are locked at 4:30. You would think if you work there you would know this. She then asked me to re book again... are you kidding me???

Tried to find the building to make an appointment and couldn't find where they are located. And tried to make a phone call and they never answered their phone. We never did make the appointment.
