I had injured something in my ribs causing me a lot of discomfort. I was having trouble getting through a full workday, having trouble dressing and bathing. James identified the problem area quickly and after only 6 sessions I am pain free. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in many techniques. He also has high quality equipment to provide ultrasound and IFC treatment that is highly effective. The clinic is very clean with lovely soothing background music and amazing software that allows him to show you all the layers of muscle and tissue he is working on. James cares about his patients and enjoys his work. I highly recommend this practice.

He is intelligent, confident, fresh, motivated, highly knowledgeable, communicative, professional, I can't say enough. Just had my first appointment. Was explained everything where and why before each part of the treatment beforehand, and shown his conclusions full-scale on a screen. Was much easier to understand my injury, and limitations in that presentation. Itregistered. Felt 3 times the relief I even believed possible. Was given some great stretches and recommendations for maintenance. I'm ecstatic this kind of care is available. He is moving shortly to a more optimal location, and I will absolutely be following. No doubt.

James asked lots of questions and physically accessed what was causing the problems for my right knee. He is very knowledgeable about the anatomy of the human body and named all the bones, etc. as he was probing and explaining how the body is interconnected. He performed resistant & realignment procedures on my limbs and by the end of the first session, provided me with an elastic band and showed me exercises needed to help my situation. The exercises are definitely helping and I'm seeing and feeling positive results in my knee. It was $$ well spent. I highly recommend James.

I'm 70, a freelance writer who spends long hours at the computer. I went to see James with a stiff lower back from arthritis and a pinched nerve. After an hour of gentle pushing and pulling, the stiffness was gone. The pinched nerve would take a little longer. With osteopathy, you leave the office feeling like you have done an hour of gentle exercise, like Tai Chi. Your joints are loosened, your muscles stretched. But James does all the work! More recently, I got a stitch in my mid-back under the shoulder blades rushing to meet a deadline. James fixed that in just one visit. He's a competent, caring practitioner, highly recommended for people of all ages. Osteopath visits are longer than typical chiropractic or physiotherapy visits, so that is one advantage. As well, you get to stretch and strengthen (through resistance) in ways and places that would be almost impossible with exercise alone.
