Optimal Wellness Niagara is truly a one stop shopping experience for the body, mind, spirit and finances! I am a mother of 4 and instead of driving around to different buildings for my children's appointments, I am so lucky to be here! My daughters and myself have had massages with Beth! She truly is fantastic, the perfect strength that I need. My husband and myself have had treatments from both Wayne and Rachel for osteopathy and had great results. I seen Stephan many times for naturopathy and acupuncture and feel and look so much better because of it! (he helped me with my paralyzed face. France is awesome, very knowledgable and I feel like I am never going to age with all her treatments and products. I truly found the fountain of youth here! Thank you so much <3

Now I take Pilates with Wayne and he is hands-down (no pun intended!) the best at what he does! So knowledgeable and patient with our group! Front office staff are very professional and thorough.
