I've seen both John and Chris. Chris treated my golfers elbow and John helped me with some neck problems I was having. They are both great and genuinely care about your well being. My elbow and neck are now pain free. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend.

I recently saw Christine via a virtual physiotherapy session, well because.. social distancing is a MUST! Prior to the session, I was intrigued as to how we could have a “virtual” physio appointment. Christine made it so easy to communicate about the issues I was experiencing and made it even easier to explain the exercises (and correct where needed) over a video chat! Happy to know that we can still receive the proper care and treatment we need by a professional like Christine!

I highly recommend this place. Dr Chan is a great doctor. An acupuncture master! He listens patiently, answers questions and gives you the full information and care. He is the one if you have a back pain and sciatica especially. Thank you so much Dr John.

I wasn't satisfied with the rehab received at this clinic, the one on one focus seemed limited. I'm sure there's pressure on the therapists to get as many patients in as possible. Time is money...! For $65 a session I'll look elsewhere!

Had a rear end collision in Oct. of 2016. I've had physio before throughout the years but I would definitely go back here if I had too do it again. Good relations with patients. Med staff is superior to most places I've been. They do not push you in directions your not comfortable with. No feeling that they are a steam of the legal or insurance companies. They just looked after my recovery. Thank you all.

I’ve had neck and lower back issues for years, including surgery on my lumbar spine. Due to these issues I’ve been to multiple physiotherapists throughout the years. Eight months ago I was in a MVA which exacerbated these issues, so I went to see John Chan. He has been remarkable in alleviating my pain. I have never received such care as I have at this clinic. All the staff is very informative and always make you feel at ease. Beyond receiving superior treatment, when you’re in a great deal of pain attending an environment that has such a positive and fun outlook makes all the difference. You can tell everyone loves what they do! Based on my own experience as well as what I’ve observed with other patients there I highly recommend John Chan’s! You won’t be just a number or money in their pocket I assure you. Thank you to the entire team. I couldn’t be more appreciative!

$65 for a 30 minute session with 5 mins 1 on 1 time while the physiotherapist shuttles among patients ($$$). No explanations or guidance given for exercises. Go somewhere they actually care about patients! Office staff are very nice though.
