I see Renee when I go and she is a miracle worker!!!! She is able to work out all the knots I have from sitting at a desk job all day. Very professional RMT and open to suggestions about pressure. The building and rooms are clean and comforting. Great location and ample parking.

I've gotten massages from Kim Patty for years. She gives me deep tissue massages but I don't feel like I've been hit by a bus after. The perfect balance to leave me relaxed and pain free. I recommend her to everyone I know and drive across the city to see her. Unity is clean, quiet, comfortable, and everyone I've come into contact with there have been very nice. A pleasant place to be.

Bait and switch. Booked for this my daughter. Came in for a massage and received a holistic voodoo session. Zero heads up over the phone that this was a "non-traditional" massage. That's putting it mildly!!! Placed her hand my teenagers stomach and asked me to wish the stress away. She told me she almost laughed out loud multiple times. It was laughable. Unfortunate that it was a young naive girl and not an adult confident enough to say what the hell. Other technicians may be fine...but ask and ask again for a therapeutic massage.

This place is my first phone call when something hurts, is stiff or when body parts are just not in sync and they get you in fast. They adjust massage pressure to your tolerance or preference, provide advice for continued treatment (hot/cold compress, stretches, etc) and bonus,,, don’t guilt you into making another appointment. Have seen several different people here over 18ish years, all have been kind people and all provide a high caliber of therapeutic massage. Now I just need to remember to drink more water after the massage as I will feel flu like the next day if I don’t.
