Jess is an amazing massage therapist, she focuses in on my goals of decreasing tension and lengthening muscles to restore balance to my body. Jess answers all of my questions in detail so I have a better knowledge of how to maintain health. I have seen Jess for deep tissue and relaxation massage, as well as cupping therapy. I have always left her table in fully relaxed and feeling renewed. I would highly recommend Jess, you can tell she is passionate about her work and the body. She s strong, she's lovely to be around, and knows what she's doing - a very talented massage therapist.

I have seen Jess on multiple occasions for deep tissue massage and highly recommend her services. She is a professional, knowledgeable and intuitive practitioner and she works with me to ensure that I get the highest therapeutic benefit from every appointment. I have a herniated disc which limits my mobility and causes significant pain and I am often frustrated with the lack of relief I get from other treatments. Massage is one of the few things that actually makes a difference for me and it's an important piece of my recovery plan. I can honestly say that my range of motion is improved and tension and pain are decreased with every visit...not to mention, I always leave feeling super relaxed. :-)

Great space for massage, don't feel claustrophobic! Have been seeing Jess for 5 years on/off and she has become my "go to professional". Jess can work pretty much any depth of pressure, technique you need. She has great music playing IMHO and can chat or keep quiet depending again on what you need. She is set up with Veterans Affairs Canada for Health Ins etc. Glad she has her own place. Good karma to you Jess !
