Wellness Within was able to match her with a massage therapist that specialized in massage therapy for expecting mothers. I have had generally good experiences with services I have received but what keeps me returning is I have been fortunate to find regular massage therapists that are a good fit. I was about to abandon going to Wellness Within because my regular therapist had left (this has happened a couple times before). I had a number of appointments that needed to be reassigned as a result and was tempted to simply go elsewhere. Fortunately, before I did so, I decided to book with Caitlin. She is a relatively new therapist but is solid. I enjoy the relaxed environment Caitlin provides through her pleasant demeanour and a "lightness" she exudes that makes my session with her that much better. I highly recommend others take advantage of her massage services. I find the front desk reception staff very professional, polite and accommodating. A reduction in one star is a based on times when I felt there was a failure to value me as a customer and client. This related to how programming is offered or changed, the general culture of the spa, the care of yoga equipment and cleanliness, and even based on an interaction with management. Despite these concerns, individual staff members, therapists and instructors have made the difference.

I was fortunate to have stumbled across Wellness Within while shopping at the Enjoy Center. Walking into Wellness Within you immediately sense a vibrant aroma of calm and energy. The spa atmosphere takes you to a whole different world of peace and serenity, a level of tranquil you've never experience before. The workout studios are both Energetic and Mediative. They were able to combine vigorous workouts that challenges both body and mind with Spin, Hiit, kickboxing, and Barre classes. All with amazing instructors that help lead you into your fitness journey. With yoga the classes have a variety of styles that can either Enlighten and calm you or test your body through a variety of movements. I thoroughly enjoy the powerflow class. I highly recommend coming in and checking both sides of Health in their spa and workout center.

For such a busy place, offering so many different services, the staff are all so quick to help and assist you, they address every question or inquiry immediately. Every single one has a smile to greet you and they are all so genuinely kind, even when they are super busy. This is rare to see especially with that amount of staff. And I always notice how clean and tidy every area is kept, that's also rare, today it's hard to find a business that is clean and tidy, yet feels peaceful. It's a beautiful business and beautiful staff serving there. Especially Dr. V❤️

Yesterday was my best friends birthday, we decided to get pedicures. Brie did my pedicure and she was awesome! She was very gentle while she was working on my feet. I was also offered to upgrade a few things that weren't included in my original booking. I said yes once knowing the additional cost and it was SO WORTH IT. I could have fallen asleep after my treatment. The space we were in was bright, spacious, very clean and they had spa music (birds chirping/soft chimes etc) playing softly. I didn't catch the other two girls name that were working on my friends pedicures but all of them were super nice, very professional, and knew what they were doing. I'm defiantly going to be back to try out other services Brie provides.

Was here end November and had a horrible experience. First the massage therapist must have adjusted the bed over 20 times in one hour, hard to relax when you keep going up and down! Second, the front desk messed up my benefit plans by undercharging my primary plan then billing my secondary plan for the full amount without my authorization. They did not seem very concerned on the inconvenience this has caused me. Never returning to this place.

Dissapointed with customer service. I had an appointment at 9am (opening time) I couldn’t make it to my appointment due to my 3 year old daughter throwing up all night and having a fever. I was up all night changing her sheets and cleaning her up. I had to keep her home from School. I called at 858am to try and cancel the appointment but no one answered. I then had to go and help me daughter get cleaned up again and they called me at 905am and spoke to me in a very rude manner telling me they were putting a strike on my account. I am physically and mentally exhausted and was very much looking forward to this massage. The way I was treated made me feel awful about myself. I won’t go back again due to this customer service. I’m not sure what else they expected from me. I was also dissapointed the first time I went there because the massage therapist was very rough with me when I told her I was there for relaxation.

This experience went beyond expectation. I'm recovering from a broken bone and requested 2 different sessions back to back for different reasons. They worked with careful attention to my needs. Both therapists were able to work the stressed areas without causing any agitation to my injury. Both therapists were respectful of my limitations and honoured my requests. Communication was key between the 2, in order to ensure my experience was comfortable and fluid between the 2. I truly appreciated the professional experience with this team. It was relaxing, refreshing, and A VERY welcomed change from the current state of the planet. The facilities are very clean and a healthy environment with all protocols in place. From one St.Albertan to another...Do not go here if you are looking for a nail salon that can accommodate or if you are expecting a luxurious pamper session. The nail room is tiny, with no windows and not worth the price. The customer service is FAR from decent. To be honest, I had to uncomfortably leave in the middle of my nail appointment because the nail tech was being super inappropriate. If you are looking for a nail place I heavily suggest going to Binh's Nails that just opened by Costco. So far they have been the only ones I can find who can really provide a nice spa treatment. They even provide the organic enhanced spa pedicure that is TO DIE FOR! Hope that helps out!

This was my 2nd time going back and now I will be a regular there. Both the times the RMTs were amazing, they knew exactly where to apply pressure and the right amount. Kept asking me if it was too much or if I needed more. Ashley Kelly is just awesome if you are looking for a deep tissue massage ask for Ashley!. You can always tell them beforehand if you like your massage time to be your quite time or you like to have a chat. The ambience of Wellness Within is simple serene and peaceful. I really enjoyed the whole experience. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get a quality massage done.

I went to Wellness Within for an Emminence Facial. The staff were great and the esthetician was so good that I almost fell asleep. The products used however were not good for my skin. It’s going to take a couple of weeks to deal with the reaction and breakouts caused by them. I don’t know if it was the peel messing up my moisture barrier or if it was one of the oil cleansers messing things up, but unfortunately because of this I won’t be returning.

I have been attending many different classes at WW and have appreciated them all. It's a great facility with excellent instructors. This morning I went to a Gentle Hatha class. The instructor Tina emulates calmness and self-acceptance in her words, matched by her soothing voice. I could do many of the poses at home but I would miss out on the mental health benefits of her positive and supportive energy. She offers poses that are 'outside of the box' so classes are always interesting and I learn something new. Finish off with a nice cup of complimentary tea and a browse in the shop; it's a great way to start your day!

MASSAGE SERVICES This is my second time in to see Sheri for massage and in all my years with all the registered massage therapists I've seen elsewhere, she is absolutely the BEST! As a petite woman, I feel most are afraid to use enough pressure or are too 'jabby' feeling out the muscles and issue areas working out where it's needed. Not Sheri. And she is attentive focusing on needed areas from head to toe, sweet and very knowledgeable to even give helpful tips at the end of each session. I've already highly recommended her to many, even if they haven't asked, because her skills must be shared. :)

My husband bought me a pair of slippers for Christmas and when I opened them one of them didn't have the elastic on the back so it doesn't stay on.There wasn't a tag on the slippers and he didn't keep the receipt. When we went back to exchange it they wouldn't do anything for us because we took the tag off (the one that was never there). I was really disappointed because you could clearly see they had not been worn and that there was a defect in the product. Worst customer service ever I do not recommend and we will not go back.

I have been going for about 3 weeks now and this is becoming my happy place. The yoga classes are all beautiful. Each instructor has their own twist, and there are so many different types of classes to choose from. The yoga room is so quiet and the heat is pretty evenly distributed in warm classes. You can use their props or bring your own. The facility is VERY clean. There is also always hot tea (I believe from a local shop) available which just goes so well with the yoga. I'm excited to try some of the HIIT and cycling classes, as I started off intentionally with a focus on yoga.

Amazing massages for both my husband and I! We always get the most relaxing experience during our couples massage and Carmen is fantastic at working on my migraines and muscle pain. I always leave feeling 100 times better after treatment. I can not thank her enough for the temporary pain relief she helps me with after each visit. I would absolutely recommend this spa and their services to anyone who enjoys a clean, professional environment with amazing knowledable staff. The one “issue” I’ve ever had (a booking error for a friends party) was rectified quickly and has been made up for 10 fold in the service and quality of this spa and their staff. I sat on this review before writing. I had a 60 min massage at Wellness Within and it was one of the worst massage experiences I have had. The RMT did not work on the areas that we had discussed prior to the massage. Throughout the entire massage, the RMT talked incessantly about all of the features that her new Honda Civic has, in addition to the cost of the vehicle. After she was done talking about her new investment, she went on into extensive detail about the value of her life insurance policy and the beneficiaries of her will. I came into Wellness Within with back pain and left with the exact same back pain. This service was awful and the RMT did not conduct herself professionally whatsoever.

Google Review I tried Wellness Within because of the Movember Bingo challenge. This was a good way to explore different classes. Here’s what I tried and my honest thoughts: Janelle’s classes - beginner yoga, warm restore + renew, and happy hips are all great! My first class for Movemver was with Janelle for beginner yoga. She was wearing a “real person hoodie” and it made the environment feel warm, inviting and inclusive. I’ve quite enjoyed all her classes. Her warm restore and renew classes on Fridays are the best way to wind down at the end of a busy week! She has a calming voice, and I find her classes to be calming. Yin - I can’t remember the instructor name of the couple of yin classes I attended, but I enjoyed the environment and the deep stretches. Monday Hatha class - The instructor Joanne was nice, and I liked that she asked about medications, was good about demonstrating poses. She made her class warm and inviting. However, the regular yogis in the class did not. I found a regular yogi to be quite rude when she remarked that the class was too busy and full because of Movember and everyone trying to fill their bingo cards. I mean she’s not wrong, but it was a comment that was not welcome and as a new person attending the class did not make me feel welcome. The comment was not accepting or welcoming to newcomers. Easy Ride 30 - A good beginner class. Nice and short (half an hour). A good class if you’re new to spin. Katie was really nice and shows you how to set up your bike if you’re new Yang/Yin - I would recommend this class if you want to try flow but aren’t sure about it. The first half hour is definitely an active “let’s SWEAT” style, and the last half hour is more relaxed and chill. A good introduction to flow - that’s the yang part. Personally, I am not a fan. I’m all about the yin, but it was still a fun class to try Tuesday candlelight warm restore and renew was so nice. Can we have this class every night? LOL - I loved the ambiance and the supported tree was fantastic!

I was really excited to have a massage at the Enjoy Centre location and was sorely disappointed. After arriving 15 minutes early I had to fill in forms as it was my first visit. Once completed I sat and waited until finally 5 minutes after my appt was supposed to have started I asked if there was a washroom I could use. One of the ladies bought me back through the door where I saw a male therapist texting just inside the door. I went to the washroom and returned to the main area when the same male therapist came out and told me he wondered where I had went to.. We went to the room where I told him I had just had a massage a few days earlier but unfortunately had tweaked my neck since and needed him to focus on my neck/back area to loosen it up. I also pointed out a varicose vein I have in case he did do any leg work and told him I had have previous massage therapists hurt me when touching the area and wanted him to avoid it. He commented that some people shouldn't be massage therapists when they don't listen to their clients. He left so I could get ready and I waited almost another 7 minutes for him to return. At this point it was almost 15 minutes past my scheduled start time for my appointment. Once he started, he spend only about 20 minutes on my back where I had to listen to his phone beep whenever he received a text. After 20 mins he had me flip onto my back where he proceeded to do the same amount of time on my arms and my legs.. pressing on the varicose vein I had specially pointed out.. The massage ended 5 minutes earlier than the original scheduled time so I ended up paying for an hour massage while only getting less than 45 minutes of actual massage and he didn't at all focus on anything I told him. It was so disappointing and not worth the money they charge. Very disappointing experience.
