Extremely unprofessional. I have had several bad experiences with staff members but returned because the owner had given a complimentary massage. I've had staff say inappropriate things during massages, multiple smell heavily of cigarette smoke and have overall given poor treatments. There were 2 masseuses that I did receive good treatments from, however the company have messed up billing on massages that I have prepaid for and are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. When I told her that their mistake was unprofessional and asking for my credit card number over the phone (because of their mistake) was unprofessional, she told me to find a different clinic. It has been nothing but problems with Therassage.
