After an awful experience at another facility, I was hesitant to try massage again. Before she started Chantel went through everything with me, asked about my issues and what I wanted to get out of my massage appointments. She immediately put me at ease and I could tell she wanted me to feel comfortable again with massage! The overall massage was fantastic, I even almost fell asleep due to being so relaxed. Afterwards, Chantel discussed a treatment plan and what she thought would support me in feeling better. Also a huge plus was their Covid safety precautions! I highly recommend both Chantel and Therapeutic Body Concepts. I will be back!

The massage therapist was good, but the atmosphere was not what I'd expect. Throughout my massage the background music was not relaxing in the least and the receptionist did not submit my claim properly. My major concern with this business is that the reception staff are not well versed on how to submit claims to insurance companies; they will only submit to one company even though I have coverage with three separate providers which means I must submit he remaining balance myself. Every other massage business I have visited have been able to submit to multiple insurance providers.

My appointment at Therapeutic Body Concepts in St. Albert was fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, the staff are friendly and professional. The space is beautiful. In for an acupuncture appointment with Mariah Messerschmidt and I have to say what an amazing experience. Mariah is caring, kind, detail focused and friendly she listens to what you are saying, explains what she will be doing before and during the treatment. A holistic experience that promotes relaxation. Mariah is kind, gentle and caring. Asks questions through out the appointment and demonstrates complete consideration in how I was feeling. I felt relief with each treatment (needling and cupping). Also some cute ear seeds!! The room itself is calm and relaxing with spa music and comfortable ambiance! I recommend Mariah to anyone new to acupuncture or who has being seeing an acupuncturist for years! Can’t wait to book my next appointment!

Super beautiful office area and really lovely setup in the private rooms. The website was really easy to use and the intake form made the direct billing seamless. Also they gave email, text, and a phone call reminder which was great so I didn't forget. Leandra made it an absolute 100% great experience.

I received a fantastic massage by Leandra. I went in today with a 4 day old tension headache. They were able to squeeze me in on such short notice as my work schedule is unpredictable. I expressed I wanted extreme deep tissue, lots of knots, high pain tolerance. Leandra expressed she may not be able to go as hard as I would like, but that she would try. I told her only once to increase the pressure. It was a great massage. She was in tune with my body, found my problem areas, and really focused on them. My favourite part was the end and she massaged my neck, jaw, and scalp. It was a perfect way to end the 90 minutes with her. She even put some mint oil on my back which help relieved the sore muscles. All in all I left there feeling better, maybe even light headed with all the fresh blood rushing to my head. I would recommend Leandra to anyone who wants light to medium deep tissue. Before I left I asked the receptionist which masseuse’s offer extreme deep tissue and she listed off a few. Took a bunch of business cards, and a brochure with all the other services they offer. Looking forward to returning!

My hubby and I went for a couples massage at the St. Albert location tonight. We have never been there before. Really nice brand new place and staff! I had Rodel as a masseuse and my hubby had Apryl. They were both fantastic. We both felt great after coming out and for the first time my hubby and I had a masseuse that we both liked. Rodel was very friendly and bubbly I would almost say lol. Felt great coming out. Worked out all my kinks and seemed like he took pride it what he does. My hubby couldn’t stop talking about how great his massage was. She was more quiet, which suits my husband, and made his back feel better which had been bothering him for a few weeks. She even managed to put him to sleep, a couple snores gave it away lol. Thanks again! We’ll be back!

Experience was lovely. Service was nice! Will be back again. Only 4 stars because nothing was beyond my expectations, massage was very standard, making the price for a therapeutic/relaxation massage kind of high for what you get; no bed warmer, no water offered, no stretches or exercises to help after the service, and no recommendations for coming back for other services. With a couples massage knowing that the door will open up once service starts would have been good to know as well. Although I would have liked for it to be opened at the beginning. I would rate a 5 stars if they had provided the 'little things' to make the service worth the price tag.
