Have been a client of Brad’s over a series of health events and he is an extremely professional and knowledgeable physiotherapist. The office staff have always been friendly and competent. Overall atmosphere of this clinic is concern for their clients, this still obvious as they are using COVID standards which is very much appreciated considering the numbers of people they see daily. This is a five star clinic and I would recommend them readily to friends and anyone seeking a physiotherapist

My physio therapist Chad was very knowledgeable & I received very effective treatment which helped settle the pain. It had never occurred to me that a physiotherapist could help with flat feet. My son went to a podiatrist who recommended physiotherapy. I had heard that Chad at Summit Physiotherapy was good with kids, so I took my 12yo son to see Chad. Chad was thorough and patient - a natural. I was pleased that Chad took the time to speak with him and help him understand everything. Chad walked him through some exercises to help strengthen his arches. Chad was also very clear with us about how physiotherapy could help, but was not going to be a miracle cure for a mechanical issue like flat feet - I appreciated his frank and clear explanation. As a side note, the office was well lit with natural light, the staff was friendly too, there was a large parking lot, and it was centrally located in St Albert near the Sturgeon Hospital.

There is plenty of FREE Parking here, limited Handicap Parking. But since there are so many businesses operating at this location, please allow extra time before your appointments !! Physiotherapists are quite helpful and knowledgeable in their field. Well worth the visit !!

Following several visits to my physician for a stubborn wrist injury, we decided on physio as the next step. I didn’t know what to expect from physio nor did I believe that physio result in healing my injury. Following the first session with Natalie, she contacted the ultrasound clinic to understand the severity of the injury then outlined the treatment and potential timeline. After 3 weekly sessions with Natalie at Summit Physio my wrist is starting to feel incrementally better each time. I was worried that surgery was the likely end game, however, after each treatment (and daily exercises) I’m optimistic that we can achieve 100% recovery through continued treatment.

Hard working staff from the therapists to their aides to the ladies behind the desk. If you’re in pain, they’re here to help! The desk staff will answer your questions honestly, accurately and in a timely manner or will get back to you with the appropriate and accurate information. The massage and physical therapists are detailed and genuinely care about you as an individual, they listen to your needs and concerns and go from there. The owner of the clinic is very involved with how things are run and is a great leader to this competent team. I was very impressed with the level of attention and care I saw administered at this clinic. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physio or massage therapy.

I am fortunate to have been receiving physiotherapist and massage therapy at the Summit Physiotherapy for many years. Chad always spends time to pin point problem areas and demonstrates exercises to help along with the physio treatment. He has also given me IMS treatments to help retrain my problem area. Brenda Lee is very knowledgable in massage therapy, both in assessing and massaging. Between both therapies, my physical well being has improved. The office staff are efficient and helpful in making new appointments to fit in with busy schedules and their greetings make you feel welcome. The physio assistants are friendly and get you set up with heat and making you comfortable. There is no doubt that this team works together and their expertise is why the Summit Physiotherapy is so highly recommended.

Visited this place after a vehicle accident and suffering from excruciating nerve damage. My therapist has been Natalie, somewhat young but knows her detail. I am about to cease visits and continue with her instructions on my (home exercise) therapy after 6 months of her therapy here. I cannot imagine that someone would be better at their job than her. Marcia is the therapeutic masseuse here and practices modern and traditional eastern techniques most effectively. Her dance card is full due to her ability. You will be greeted by receptionists Kelsey and Amanda as have I for the past 6 months. They are warm and inviting and competent and seem to still not have a real (bleeping) embossed slide-in name plates for their front desk shift, and instead a crappy piece of paper taped over the existing Toblerone stand (likely the territory of some premium shift family or fried thereof) I am giving full marks to this business for Natalie, Marcia, Kelsey, and Amanda-but not for the crusty office manager Mary or the very owners whom over see Mary. Just visit this place despite the course management-the soldiers are well worth it.

A friend recommended Summit Physiotherapy to me and I made the best decision when I left the other physiotherapy clinic I was being treated at for a broken arm. I was looking for more personal care and found it here! Kathy is a gem. From the moment I met her at my first appointment, I could tell that she had a very good, caring, friendly vibe. I was correct. The care she has given me has helped me to improve much more than I would have if I had stayed with the other clinic. I like the privacy & cleanliness of the rooms. I also like the quiet, peaceful environment. The receptionists are respectful and fun. But most importantly, I like Kathy. She is now my wellness guru. On my most recent visit, I surprised her with a different ailment that she wasn't expecting. She took it in stride, asked me questions about it and began to find a solution that made me feel so much better after only one treatment which included my first ever experience with acupuncture! I went here for some physiotherapy on my shoulder which had been bothering me for months. They did a great job on it over several sessions, so much so that I have no problems with it now. They gave me good advice on how I could keep it from hurting with exercises and body positioning. If I ever have issues again I will come back here.
