I had never heard of Refined Massage Therapy in my life until a flyer showed up in my mailbox offering a 20% discount on new client services. Being curious, I browsed the company website and found a plethora of information on all the services available in an easy-to-navigate format. The convenient online-booking was a breeze and a true testament to the company's forward thinking culture. After several visits, I truly believe that this hidden gem in St. Albert will earn your business and keep it! The individual rooms are textured with depth, warmth, undeniable comfort and a pure ambience that encapsulates relaxation, tranquility and peace. Most of all, no great business can survive without good people. The family atmosphere of Refined Massage Therapy is unrivaled because the employees truly care. I have never gone out of my way to recommend a business online before but I decided to change that after my first few appointments. Brilliant, highly recommended and now a customer-for-life!

The staff is very friendly and the studio inviting. I love the massage rooms. There is a lot of natural light which I actually like about it. They also have eye masks to cover your eyes if you don't like the natural light. I usually see Alexa but have seen some of the other RMT's; I'm never disappointed! I don't even live in St. Albert but do not mind making the trip because I know I will be happy with the service :)

I’ve been looking for this massage therapist that I really liked after she left the spa that we go to. Her name was Karen but I forgot the last name because I lost her card. I had her once and she gave me a the best therapeutic massage. But the next time I wanted to make another appointment she wasn’t working there anymore so I had to try another girl which has good reviews too. It was relaxing but not as good as what Karen does. I decided I wanna try another place and found this one with good reviews, so we went to our appointment tonight and guess what, Karen was there and she is the one who worked on me. I’m really happy I found her again! I like deep tissue hard massage, and Karen is very knowlegeable with pressure points, it’s not just rubbing with oil and putting hard pressure but achieving nothing, Karen Stachiw knows where exactly to put pressure and loosen the muscle knots.

Best Deep Tissue Massage I have ever had! EVER! Anya was incredible. Personable, professional, friendly and gave the best deep tissue massage. Rarely have I received a deep tissue massage “deep tissue enough” that I actually felt better “during” my massage. I am sore now- but that’s what I expect from a Great Massage. She was thorough and didn’t miss a single necessary muscle... it was spectacular! I would 110% recommend Anya. If you want to feel better, and really need some tension removed out of your tight and lumpy muscles- see Anya. She’s truly remarkable! Wow!!!!

I've been seeing Annie for many many years, I've followed her from studio to studio (yes she's that great). I typically see Annie for therapeutic massages and she's also done fire-cupping on me. I never have to ask Annie to adjust the pressure; it's perfect for me! But she still asks every time if the pressure is okay; even after this many years. I hesitated on writing this review because she already books up so quickly that I want to try and keep her my little secret but her skills, personality and office are too amazing to keep quiet. I've also seen Tayler for acupuncture and fire cupping who is equally amazing. I was nervous because I do not like needles but she walked me through everything and I felt at ease. She even offered to show me the needle but she made sure to ask how I felt beforehand. My fiance now sees Tayler and we both love her! Highly recommend!!!
