Me and my husband came today early than our scheduled appointment, but they were kind and have us able to start our massage session right away. Lianna, Lorie and Jennifer were all accomodating and detailed on the promos they were offering. With regards to Lorie’s massage, she was very detailed and knows what my body needs. She evens explains to me everything as she go along doing her massage onto my body, especially on my back area. She is very professional and knows my problem area right away. She also had some techniques that I only experience here at Healing Point. I was shock that I have some parts of my body that were not targeted with my past massages on different clinics, and I was enlightened that these parts are also contributing to the other muscle pains I am experiencing. Lorie also gave me advice, what I can do at home to reduce muscle tightening. I highly recommend “HEALING POINT”. I had an appointment with Ivy at 4 pm on Dec 27. I called Lianna at 1 pm to ask them if we could move or reschedule the appointment because my boyfriend flight had been delayed from 12:30 pm to 4 pm. She told me they could not do that because their policy is 24 hours notification. So basically my boyfriend has been in an airport/plane for 9 hours and will have to wait another 2 hours because Lianna doesn't understand that today more than 70% of the flights have been delayed or canceled because of weather and missing crew members due to Covid. She also explained me that my insurance had already been charged. I told her that seems completely unusual for a provider to charge my insurance before the treatment has even been provided. I will call Sunlife to inquire about their protocols. No Christmas spirit from Healing Point and straight to the money. Following this posting, Lianna called me to apologize, she explained the misunderstanding. She refunded the massage and explained the staffing situation leading to an early charge. I appreciate her taking the time to call me and to recognize the special circumstances.
