My first experience of Allay Wellness Centre was great. It was easy to book an appointment. The location waas convenient and the interior was very clean and relaxing. Most important, my massage Andi Johnson was awesome. Very thurough, relaxing and my back certainly felt better in the following days. Highly recommended!

Very Skilled Staff - I went in with issues in my upper back (working from home). Blown away by Kim's knowledge. She spent time explaining what she was doing to make adjustments to my back, and what was causing issues in one area that was connected to other areas. She gave me stretches and exercises to do at home to help so I don't have to keep going back! Life saver!

I have been going to Samantha for almost a year now at Allay Wellness and she is a fantastic massage therapist. I play a lot of tennis so I get extremely tight, not to mention tennis elbow and getting “older” issues. She knows what she is doing. Every time I go there I feel safe, it is sanitary and a well looked after facility. I have friends that go to Allay as well and have nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend!

The place is absolutely beautiful, clean and welcoming. The staff are all friendly. I went in with a very very sore neck and shoulders, after an hour with Nichole T. I was feeling SO much better, shes accommodating, caring and takes pride in the work that she does, which is clear because I feel GREAT! Nichole asks questions about your comfort but doesn't chit chat. Her ability to find the source of pain without telling her is remarkable. I will never go to another therapist after seeing Nichole, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! :) Thanks Doll!!!

Our whole family (including my 5 year old son) have been Janna's clients for several years. She is incredibly caring, patient, and competent. She's alwayas a pleasure to talk to but fully respects your decision if you want to remain quiet. About a month ago I hurt my back trying to move an industrial baking machine - I had so much pain that I woke up on a few nights. Had an hour long session with Janna and my condition improved noticeably better in a day. Now two more sessions later I hardly feel any pain at all! Thanks Janna!

Andrea is hands down the best therapist I have seen for curing pain from cross country running. She is no longer accepting new clients so consider yourself very lucky if you are one of her clients.

Dr. Robyn was amazing! I've seen numerous Chiropractors before but Robyn was by far the best. She listened to everything I had to say and was able to provide answers and solutions to everything. She took the time to walk me through some simple exercises I can do to help with the tendanitis in my wrists which was handy! The location is great, I never have any issues finding parking. I like being able to walk around Cathedral after an appointment.
