I was unable to get into my regular massage therapist so, I decided to try this place out and I wish I hadn't. I have Torticollis in my right shoulder and the therapist completely disregarded what I told her and worked more than half the time on my left side. I noticed a pain in my left lat immediately after the massage and now a week later I can barely lift my arm without a sharp stabbing pain. As a nurse, I find this so unprofessional. I entered with one problem and left with 2.

First class service. The online booking is slick and easy and the providers are professional and talented. Parking can be a little tight as they are situated in a well used strip mall, but I've always managed to find a spot on site. Maybe not conveniently located unless you live in the south end, but highly recommended.

Megan is the best RMT I have seen. She is Reliable, flexible, and I don’t feel awkward or anything like that around her. When your laying on the bed waiting to get your back massaged it can kinda get chilly but once Megan starts her magic with her hands, her hands warm your back up it’s actually quiet relaxing. Her techniques are amazing. Totally recommend!!! You will not be disappointed!

I have been going to Heather Walter for cupping massage treatments for almost 6 months, and she is amazing! We have both noticed great improvements. Also, she visits when I feel like talking and respects when I don't feel like it.

The venue was clean and calming, however the lack of receptionist seemed to put serious pressure on the therapists, and made insurance claims a pain. Online booking was easy and appreciated, and all in all it was a good experience. Will definitely go back to see Megan again! Megan McKenzie was an amazing massage therapist and person. She made sure to address all my concerns and focused on exactly what my described pains and issues were. She never made me feel uncomfortable or awkward, and always asked permission before she attempted something, gauging her pressure to my pain tolerance. The fact that she is fresh out of school served her well, as she explained thoroughly why she was doing what she was doing and how it was going to help, even giving me exercises to do at home!

I started seeing Heather back in January for a minor injury which aggravated old injuries and chronic health issues. Despite having just graduated from her training that year, she had a plethora of knowledge of anatomy and different massage techniques. She speaks passionately of her work and of learning more, and I always feel she is thorough and pays attention to every detail. She is sensitive and in tune enough to tell what a client's body is responding to, You can tell that she truly cares about helping her clients. I've been to multiple massage therapists and other types of health practitioners over the years, and Heather ranks among the best in every category. She's certainly in the right job, and I'm grateful to have found her! And if you can't get into her, you can't go wrong with any of the therapists at this clinic - I think they've all treated me at some point, and they are all fantastic!

I went in for a 60 minute relaxation massage after a stressful day. My back and shoulders were very tensed up, but the massage flanged me right up. I would like to thank Stacey for the great massage, hands down one of the best I've had. I also enjoyed Stacey's small talk, as it was nice to relax and chat with someone after a long day. Will definitely be a return customer if I'm in the area again in the future.

Been going to Megan since she first joined Advance Therapeutic. Very responsive to where aches during the appointment. Just tell her. Then the other day she had no appointments open for a week and I was really uncomfortable due to working from home and poor ergonomic set up. I reached out and explained and Megan booked a one-hour extra appointment to help me out the next day. Excellent.

I have been looking around to find a place that offers massage therapy and what you will quickly find is that Regina has many places that offers this service. I found this Advance Clinic online and saw many positives: first "massage" clinic to open in Regina, offers a wide variety of massage services etc... but I have to say, with so many options out there, the number one thing that can distinguish your services is customer service. I called and booked an appointment and this experience alone has prevented me from ever going to this place and forces me to caution and warn others about what they are about to get into when you are trying to give someone else your money and time. Simply put, I was an absolute "bother" to the receptionist. I didn't get a "hi", not even a greeting. I tried to ask for the services that would benefit me the most and it was obvious from the moment she picked up the phone that she was not in the "mood" to deal with me. The whole conversation lasted about 2 min but I can guarantee you that she wanted it to last about 1 min and 30 seconds earlier. Please be forewarned, take your well-earned money somewhere else, unless you like being bullied over the phone by a very rude receptionist.

Always does a great job. She is strong and can work out the tightest of kinks but also has a more gentle touch for a relaxation massage. Combining regular massage and cupping felt so amazing. Highly recommend!!

Lynn was my therapist. She was wonderful! Very knowledgeable. Took the time with me afterwards to show me some stretches and exercises I can do at home too. Clean, warm, comfortable. Open later but make sure you book in advance because the evening and weekends book up fast. Reasonably spruced.
