I have had a massage from Rachel, Erin and Sydney and Kinetic Joint Treatment from Chere. Every therapist I have been to has been incredible there experience and education is evident. I also highly recommend the Manual Osteopaths; they are so knowledgeable and do so many great assessments to find out where the issue of imbalance, pain and dysfunction are coming from. I felt the problem was addressed versus just the local area of discomfort.

Dwayne at Blackrock Therapies recommended I use the portable Bioflex laser therapy machine to help during my recovery from knee surgery while I was at home. It was very beneficial and easy to use. I really feel the people who work here care about you and your health. The atmosphere is very relaxing and clean. I went from one therapy place in Red Deer which I liked but atmosphere means alot to me and to be able to listen to relaxing music and have more than just a thin sheet over me in a cold room was a very enjoyable experience from what I had at another place in town which was rock music, cold room and thin sheets. Not to mention I feel here Im making more progress with managing my migraines and I'm hoping the osteopath option will help as well.

My husband and I have both been to Black Rock therapies for multiple services but I’m blown away by the Bioflex Laser that they have. My physical therapist noticed a significant improvement in abdominal muscle engagement after just a few treatments. My husband has had it done on a significantly injured rotator cuff and noticed improvement in pain levels and mobility after his first Bioflex laser treatment. I would highly recommend getting this treatment.

I have been suffering from bad migraines and arthritis in both knees. My physio therapist suggest I try Black Rock Therapies to see if they could help minimize the pain. Best decision I have made. My weather migraines have been non-existent for the most part and the massages have help my knees be more mobile. Physio helped to a degree but the massages are a god sent. The staff is great, and Blake listens to my needs. They are awesome!

Therapists have some hand and elbow strength! They are always able to help me without resorting to cupping which I hate. I go in like a stiff board and come out like melted butter. Back pain, shoulder pain, sciatica pain, calf spasms, they've fixed it all. Direct bill on your second+ trip which is also great!

Wow. I never had any idea what osteopath was, until a friend referred me to black rock. I wish I new the secrete years ago. I've abused my body for years playing competitive sports and hard labor work. Would wake up with aches and pains that seemed to move around my body as the day progressed. I have experienced pain in my lower and upper back, hip and neck for over 30 years due to an injury and have used may different types of therapies but for the first time my pain is actually gone! We are just now working on the last area of my neck but the rest has been fixed - not just temporarily. Its unbelievable to me - Dwayne really listens to you and fixes the problem without you ever getting cracked. I highly recommend at least seeing him for a consultation to see if he can help you! When meeting my RMT Blake, he created a comfortable and professional atmosphere and the massage was fantastic. I had the pleasure of receiving a treatment from Blake. This guy is "top-shelf". He immediately knew (almost instinctively) that I didn't need a general "feel good" massage but that I was in a world of hurt that needed some serious pin-point accuracy - I had suffered an injury due to a fall and chiro was no help. I'd be lying if the treatment didn't hurt a bit - but it was a good hurt - the kind where you know that something good is happening. Thankfully, my wife had come with me and was able to drive home - I felt too "zen" to drive. Blake is one of the most genuine and authentic guys you'll run across and put me immediately at ease. Highly recommended, without hesitation.
