WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! After my most recent massage at associate massage clinic, I was informed by front staff that the sunlife benefits would not pay for the massage to the clinic directly, but the money would be deposited into my account. I paid $78 by debit and was expecting to receive a direct deposit from sunlife within 48 hours. But it never came. I was confused because my massage cost about $78 while my insurance would only pay $60 when I still had more than enough coverage. After pointing this out to the front staff at associate massage clinic I was told they had submitted for the full amount of $78 but the $60 was all my insurance would pay. That was the first lie. When Associate Massage submitted the amount for the massage they did not submit the full amount, and on top of that they made the payment to their clinic and not me the patient. So now my $78 massage is costing me $138. The $78 I paid debit and the $60 they took from my sunlife benefits. I had spent at least 40 mins arguing and being yelled at by the owner of Associate Massage clinic on May 4. Two hours of my day was spent between talking to sunlife (whom also can confirm associate massage took my $60 from my insurance and it has been deposited into Associate Massage's Account) an Associate Massage who is denying having made any mistake and in turn calling my a liar. Now it's May 7 I spoke with sunlife who has stated since the $60 payment has been transferred into Associate Massage Clinic's account the only people who can reverse/fix the mistake is Associate Massage Clinic. So now I call Associate Massage and once again try to explain to them that they are the only ones who can fix their mistake. Today I was told by the owner to stop harassing the front staff and the owner who is also a therapist at the clinic, told me that he is not my slave and will not call sunlife to have them explain that they made an error that only they can fix. So here I am I paid $138 for an hour long massage and im being told to stop harassing the company that has committed insurance fraud. Associate Massage is expecting me to submit my massage receipt to my benefits to get payment. So basically what they are saying is that they get $138 for my massage and on top of that I need to get sunlife to pay $78 for the same massage so that one massage is now costing me $216 if sunlife were to pay on top of the $60 they paid Associate for my massage. It is absolutely disgusting how they are handling the situation and treating me as a patient of there's for many years. BEWARE!!! SHADY COMPANY. HOW MANY OTHER PATIENTS HAVE BEEN SCAMMED OUT OF THERE BENEFITS AND DON'T EVEN REALIZE?? Update associate massage clinic did finally agree to pay the money owed and agreed they did make an error and I am now banned from the massage clinic for asking for the money they owed me.

I have been going here for several years now, and Abbas ahs always been amazing at fixing my problems, today he was booked and got in with Petra, also highly recommended! Thank you, I'll be back! (DEC 2020) (2017) have been here a few times already, and will continue to go here. I have had terrible back pain for many years, Abbas here has made such a difference when the pain gets in the way of everyday life. Sometimes a little harsh during the massage, but the results are awesome!

i had hoped for a relaxing massage, but it was not at all relaxing. the room was very cold , a scolding hot heating thing was placed on my back :( ouch! there was far too much talking and the massage felt like i was just being oiled up rather than a massage. 1 good thing was the head massage, but rest really made me mad. i want to try again, but scared of the results:/

Was referred here by a friend & for that I am so thankful. Associate massage is in a word: Wonderful. They have different massuses that cater to different styles. However if (like myself) you love deep tissue or are looking for a therapeutic pressured massage look no further than Abbas (as he is the BEST)...and also a wonderful human. I cannot accurately describe how heavenly or helpful his massage treatments are. It is with deep regret that I am moving out of Province as he won't be there and massuses of his caliber are few and far between. In the future, if I ever find myself in Alberta I will be sure to make the trip to see him. All the best, Sarah Clappison.

Not a good experience with the girl I had today. Kept hitting the screws in my lower back after told her to avoid that area completely due to sensitivity there. And kept confusing my shoulder blade for a knot. Doubt I'll ever go back

I had neck problems for months to the point that I could barely move it and after seeing Maureen for a few weeks she got it straightened out. The location is quiet and peaceful, the staff are friendly and attentive to your needs and they do direct billing.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! I do not have enough words to say how excellent was my experience! I went to this clinic and received Massage services from Morin and Laser therapy from Abbas. My experience was phenomena from reception to treatment. If I could, I gave this place 1000 of stars. Morin and Abbas both are extremely knowledgeable and explain everything clearly to you. Many thanks to them! Also, everything was very clean and tidy. The environment was very relaxing.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! My wife had a sore neck when she woke up this morning, but was still able to move freely and it was job st discomfort, not excruciating pain. Made appointment with associate massage therapy clinic, first time being there. When I picked up my wife she could not lift her arm and was crying in pain, had to take her to the doctor immediately. They said the therapist was licensed but I will be checking into it. So a $78 massage has now cost more money and time wasted. She went from slight discomfort to excruciating pain . And now does not ever want to go to another masseuse ever again. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

Be aware if you go here & the massage therapist works on your feet....over 6 months later and my foot still isn't the same....had the girl who never introduced herself to me so to this day I don't k her name...not only did she have fingernails that dug into my skin as she PINCHED shoulder muscles so hard it was very painful....she pushed my toes on my foot up and then down so hard it made me shreak in pain...I have a bunion & one toe that just DOESN'T BEND....but she still pushed my toes down so hard I was aching literally months after. Exrays had to be done as the pain was awful...it's STILL sore in that area so many months later...I've been to massage therapists all my life and NEVER had a WASTED appointment like this one. I had inquired about the cupping and she seemingly ignored my questions as I was interested and thought it would help me..but she just pinched and pushed...poked me with her nails as she worked on me. NEVER will I be back and will NOT recommend this place

Excellent massage, with major spinal surgery to lumbar and cervical area couple with osteo and scoliosis I wouldn't go any where else. If one therapist doesn't work for you try another.
