I loved doing Anita's online classes during Covid. Even though she left Toronto a few years back, her classes online are as good as in person! She's a great teacher and the type of yoga she teaches is a great way to start or end your day. Highly recommended!

Anita is an excellent, experienced yoga teacher. She expertly guides us through the various postures, gives helpful suggestions on variations for those who need them and explains the benefits of postures, all in a calm, warm manner (via Zoom for now).

Anita is a wonderful instructor with a deep knowledge of yoga anatomy. Her instructions are detailed and she provides numerous modifications for poses depending on your body, skill or comfort level. I've been taking her classes online for a year and I've learned a lot. Will look forward to in-person classes, but will continue to love the online version!

Anita is an amazing yoga instructor. I have followed her from Toronto to The County! Since we don't live close any longer, I have been doing her online classes, which are great. It's the only online yoga class that I can do. Highly recommend her online classes or if you are lucky enough to live closeby, then absolutely check out her in-person classes. I wish I could!
