I have had 3 super positive visits to Bloomfield Beauty Co. The staff are very professional and friendly! It is a great place to go to relax and unwind either by yourself or with friends/family. The beautiful manicure/pedicure area is both relaxing and fun to enjoy with others. When I was pregnant, I had an amazing prenatal massage which was relaxing and informative for further self care. I highly recommend a visit to this gorgeous spa!

Booked a private bachelorette group for 7 - it was absolutely perfect, and exactly what I was hoping for. All of the staff were great. The space is gorgeous. All of us were happy with our services (manis and pedis). We got a charcuterie board for our group and it was delicious! Would highly recommend for bachelorette parties!

We had a lovely time preparing for our daughter-in-law’s wedding, however, I booked a Luxe manicure, paid for a Luxe manicure and was given a Classic manicure ???????? This was my first time at Bloomfield Beauty Co and when I realized I had been given the wrong service, our time was up, but I expected to be charged for the service I had received. When I received the electronic receipt, the error in service provided and billing was evident. Disappointing that a salon who takes such pride and care in certain standards made such an error. Not sure I’ll be back.

Beautiful spa. Great ambience. Bright and airy. Staff were friendly and courteous. Went with group of girlfriends. Glad they were able to accomodate manicures and pedicures together. My friends who had massages with the RMT said it was one of the better massages they have had. Emma and Lindsay offered some wonderful dining tips in the area (Seedlings was amazing!). Didn't checkout their infection control practices closely but I have faith if Annie is an NP.

My friend and I had manicures and pedicures at Bloomfield a few weeks ago. Like many other people, I've been fairly nervous about visiting a spa as the province reopens during COVID-19, but also keen to get a manicure and pedicure to fix my bad cuticles and troll feet. We decided to go to Bloomfield because it's clear they have taken every precaution possible to ensure that its clients and employees are safe. During our visit, I felt very relaxed and comfortable knowing that Bloomfield was taking everyone's safety seriously and was not cutting any corners on safety measures or on service. It was one of the best mani-pedi experiences I've ever had, and I highly recommend Bloomfield. I can't wait to go back.

The services we're all of high quality. The customer service from the estheticians and the owners, Emma and Annie, was very impressive. Eould definitely recommend to anyone.

Words cannot describe the shocked and upset feeling our bachelorette party left Bloomfield Beauty with. We had appointments (booked 6 months in advance, mind you) first thing in the morning and we felt negative energy the moment we arrived. We were scolded for being 10 mins late and at one point the owner fully ignored me when I asked whether our services would be shortened. The bad attitude from the get-go was shocking considering we were at a 'luxury' spa, nonetheless it coming from one of the owners. In terms of services, I had a facial where I inquired whether I could get the 'calm skin' and was met with a snappy response that that was not the facial I booked (I was never asked to specify). In another instance, there was reluctance from the owner to fix one of the girls' nails who had just had her mani done but got smudged (this was in the span of 30 mins). To add to the negative energy, one of our girls purchased an item from the cafe and when paying for the order, she called out that the amount did not match the price that was advertised. The owner's response to her was "some things just change" (...?!?!??). While they have a beautiful atmosphere and unique offering, the bad vibes we experienced would never justify us going back- especially for what was supposed to be a fun and celebratory experience. -- Edit: Emma, to be honest your staff had nothing to do with the consequences of your own attitude. Everyone was appreciative of their individual services and I did not indicate otherwise. As a response to your comments: 1. Yes agreed. We didn't ask for anyone to skip their lunch or delay appointments. To clarify, we were about 7 mins late and the only guests in the spa. 2. Of course. I wouldn't expect any esthetician to re-paint a full set of nails on a whim. But it is reasonable to ask for a re-do on one nail if it there was a mistake made. 3. No, I wouldn't expect that. It was a question as to why you would charge not in accordance to your posted prices. 4. Me neither. Nobody asked for this. 5. This was never requested. No idea where this one came from, I simply thought she had mentioned there would be more RMTs on hand than she actually did. 6. No one told me that having a weak stomach and requiring the use of a bathroom was no longer a basic human right, but a privilege??? 7. Common theme here. Nobody asked for that. 8. I will not stand for being called a liar and accused of being demeaning. I have also spent years working in both lower-level and management positions within the service industry and I would never demean or devalue anyone for that matter. From what I can gather based on your initial response, you made incorrect assumptions around my group's expectations and based on these assumptions chose to treat us unfairly as punishment. Threatening me and then offering compensation for a facial in exchange for removing an honest review is not sufficient to resolve my experience. Also, based on the 15 new 5 star reviews that appeared in the last 3 hours, perhaps you were just having a very bad day and the way you treated us isn't reflective of your business philosophy. I sure hope that is the case, but certainly won't be taking my chances again to find out.

I have been to this spa multiple times and will be returning again at the end of August 2018. I have had many of the procedures offered there and will continue to do so. I am looking forward to my next visit and getting the following done, plus more...; waxing, laser hair removal, pedicure and manicure. The people who work there are some of the best people I have come across in my life. Just had my 3rd visit to Bloomfield Beauty Co today. Every time I walk in to this place I am overwhelmed with how beautiful it is. You instantly feel relaxed with the warm and elegant decor. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly. I have nothing but amazing things to say about all of the services I’ve received (manicure, pedicures, massage and facial). You feel nothing but pampered here. Too boot you can have delicious coffees and glasses of sparkling (which I recommend you indulge in). A group of 5 of us checked in on a day when the weather was terrible and Bloomfield Beauty Co. was the perfect haven! They were able to accommodate all of us with grace and professionalism. The spa has the most gorgeous aesthetic and the coffee / wine bar is a wonderful addition. We had manicures, pedicures and massages; all of the services exceeded expectations. The creams and products that were used during my manicure smelled amazing! Don't miss this stop in the county but be sure you book ahead - this place is on the hot list.

I was a bit intimidated at first because it was my first time, but I cannot tell you how welcomed I felt and how amazing the experience was. Alyssa did my mani and pedi and was amazing. Our employer booked us in for a staff appreciation day at the spa and it was wonderful from start to finish! When we arrived we started off with a glass of bubbly from a local vineyard at their stylish cafe. From there we each had different treatments done. I had a facial and it was amazing - super relaxing and my skin was glowing for days afterwards! I have sensitive skin normally so I was extra impressed. My fiancé and I visited this lovely place today and really enjoyed our time here.we each received an hour massage and both have nothing but positive things to say. Our RMT was Suzie (hope we spelled it correctly) and she was wonderful. Personally speaking, I believe I fell asleep approximately 5-6 times and my fiancé thoroughly enjoyed her massage as well. We would both fully recommend visiting if you find yourself in the area.

I've been going here since they opened, actually just for pedicures, but it was always a fabulous experience. When Covid hit last year I was so impressed with their protocols. Since they have been shut down this year I was waiting to book my first pedicure again, I managed to make an appointment for July 14th, but because of the announcement today I thought I would try to move that up. Their website is fantastic, it was the easiest thing to book a new appointment for July 2nd and cancel the previous one. I cannot recommend Bloomfield Beauty Company more highly, they are professional, provide excellent service and every staff member has always been exceptionally charming.

I could not be more impressed with how at ease Annie makes you feel, how helpful and professional she is in determining needs in a modest way; you certainly feel like it’s her client’s best interest, not their wallet that is her priority. I booked pedicures for myself, my two sisters and our mom for her 50th birthday. It was exactly the experience we were looking for and we can't wait to make this a regular activity. Pro tip: bottles of bubbly are so reasonably priced! It was great to sit and relax longer and catch up over wine after the service. Was in PEC for a couple of nights and came here for a shellac manicure and removal. The salon is impeccably clean and Covid protocols were very well followed. Brittany did my nails and was very lovely, and all seemed to go well. However, within two days, my thumb chipped and within one full week, two other nails had chipped. If I lived closer, I would return and hope for a re-do. Edit: Since I don't live in the area, the owner was very gracious and generous to offer a credit for a future service. This is excellent customer service, and I was appreciative. I look forward to going back at some point and trying again!

It was suggested by my doctor in town that I would enjoy going to this spa. I called and made the appointment and was introduced to Jill. She does pedicures, manicures and facials. She has the most amazing skill. My nails always look great and last for 3 weeks. The facial left my skin so smooth and younger. Now the best thing about all these treatments are Jill’s magic hands/fingers. I had shattered my foot and ankle and she was able to give me a massage with my pedicure that made my shoulders melt and the hairs on the back of my neck stand. I have never had a better massage. If you go for a facial she does your hands/arms and shoulders. By the the end of the facial not only do you look younger but you float out of there. If you are looking for a clean, spa that has all the services for a great price, this is the place to go. The only negative is that they now charge you for the coffee/tea/cappuccino that they serve (I was not charged before). They also serve wine.
