Canadian Family Health collective is a wonderful group of talented practitioners that knows their stuff. I have worked with them for over 4 years and always insightful sessions.. I do see one negative review however I think they must be talking about another company as this one is probably the one I would trust the most with billing etc. Anyways, Kim and the staff members are excellent to work with on a down to earth level.

The Canadian Family Health Collective, good therapy is all about helping the client to feel better, to make healthy decisions and set healthy boundaries, to move from a place of poor emotional health to good emotional health, to make connections with others, and to replace sadness, anxiety, anger, and frustration with happiness, peace, and hopefulness for the future. I feel the Canadian Family Health Collective team works very hard at meeting these goals. I would highly recommend the Canadian Family Health Collective

Would definitely recommend the Canadian Family Health Collective! The Grow Happy program is also part of the organization. This program teaches kids about how moods are contagious, while also teaching them about healthy, mood-boosting foods, and encouraging them to learn to grow and share their own food. Truly wonderful, starting this mental health education with kids and through to adulthood!

I am always impressed with their approach to counseling . I leave feeling like I understand better what is happening and what I can do to change my situation . The whole concept of creating new neuro pathways by thinking new thoughts and doing new things is brilliant and makes so much sense to me . It really helps me to understand and feel like I am in control of my own life . I can control what I do today to begin to set up a new and better future for myself . This has literally changed my life .

I first learned about the Canadian Family Health Collective in 2019. I was really pleased when they expanded their services abroad in 2020, so much so I had to get involved in their Emotional Health Matters project. Highly recommend their teachings and services. Life-changing.

The team member has excellent rapport with children and teens! They are able to relate to them and provide strategies and lessons that they embrace. I have used in both my English and Student Success classrooms their Moods are Contagious signs and videos and the very well loved Smidge. The moods are contagious signs were worn by high school students who knew they were not in the mood to be around others and used them as a way to let everyone around know they needed some time to self regulate. Introduced with the video, they allowed everyone to respect and understand the students who wore the sign. The smidge was a big hit with certain students who felt stressed and overwhelmed. They would head right over the smidge station and use it and always said it made them feel better! There are many great ideas and programs for teens! Check them out if you work with children and teens or have kids of your own!

I highly recommend Ms. Sargeant and her practice. She truly cares, listens, and offers great insight. She is honest, kind and yet still has a talent for helping you to examine yourself, your choices, and your relationships, with life changing applications.

I met the team at Canadian Family Health Counselling through their education and kids programs, particularly Grow Happy and their "Smidge" initiative teaching about self-regulation. I volunteered with Smidge and to do their Grow Happy gardens at Armour Heights in Peterborough. The team are well educated and a wealth of knowledge and experience. Very professional in their programming and initiatives. I also participated in a personal development workshop that was very informative. The Counsellors have great compassion to help people and to teach the skills of self-care. I would highly recommend them for their work in counselling and education. I also put my grandson into the Grow Happy Chef Camp two years in a row. Benson's review is as follows: I rate it 5 out of 5! I liked being able to go to the beach and being able to cook and liked to learn how to fold the napkins in a fancy way. I also liked the milkshakes and smoothies! I liked the Counsellors and the whole experience!
