3 out of 4 times Len called to switch my appt times... one of the times he actually cancelled my appt, last minute, no explanation. I understand that life happens and people need to re-schedule, but not Every.Single.Time!! If you’re not available at a certain time, don’t advertise/accept bookings at that time. So frustrating.
