I've been around and tried a lot of different methods of treatment from professional to places that look like a shady hole in the wall just in a desperate attempt to find someone that could help fix me. After my treatment I felt absolutely amazing, I had a new range of motion to my body and could move in ways I didn't even realize I was restricted, I left with an absolute and irrevocable feeling of overall well being. This is a message to anyone thinking if they should see Dr. Richard, just take the time to book online it's super easy, do the online survey that way you have more time for the actual treatment, which I loved otherwise it can easily take up half of the appointment depending on your issue. All expectations were not only met but exceeded, I know Dr. Richard has a true passion for his work, extensive knowledge and understanding of the human body just by the level of care I was given and he took time not only to address my main issue but others issues affecting me as well. too bad I can only rate 5 stars, this is def an 11/10 experience in my books!

Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr. Richard. I am soooo glad that I found him! I injured myself in april and needed some help to hopefully heal my back/shoulder/arm. I found Dr. Richard online and really didn't know what to expect. I wasn't sure if that osteopath could really help me. Well, I can't say enough good things about him. Wow! This man knows exactly what he is doing and he is amazing at his craft. I can tell he has a lot of experiences behind him. I really think he will be able to help me heal my body and realign it. Thank you Dr. Richard. I am so grateful and looking forward to seeing you again to continu my healing process. :-)

I have already recommended Richard to many local friends, and phoned those far away to share my amazing experience with his treatments. I've been to many massage therapists, chiropractors and physiotherapists seeking help with skeletal and muscle trauma following years of a chronic immune disorder most directly affecting my lungs. Richard is an incredible Osteopath!!! He has changed my life in a short amount of time, I lived with pain for multiple years with a bad lower back and hip injury. I had seen every practitioner you could possibly think of within New Zealand and Canada and no one could help me. Except for Richard, I walked in with pins and needles in my left leg and pain throughout my body, walked out pain-free and no longer had pins and needles!! He's a miracle man ???? I saw Dr. Richard out of a recommendation of a friend. At first I was skeptical because I didn't know what osteopathy was, after a long time considering it, I decided to see him for something minor (from my perspective) which was my extremely tight quads which became debilitating and hard to ignore. I came to the clinic and was welcomed genuinely by Dr. Rich who took the time to listen to what I was going through, afterwards he did his assessment where I learned what was happening was a result of previous injuries I've had that I never took care of. Within the first session, my muscles were completely relaxed and my posture was far better than when I came in. The ultimate test came a few months ago after a snowboarding injury, where I fell on my collarbone, partially displacing it/partial tears shoulders/pecs, I was lucky to get an emergency appointment a day afterwards. Before I saw Dr. Rich, I pretty much lost mobility of my arm, I was only able to raise my bent arm up to my chest in excruciating pain. After seeing Dr. Rich for a 30 minute session (that's all that was available) I was able to receive full range of motion. A 30 minute osteo session vs. months of physiotherapy? I'm happy I took on the recommendation and I recommend him to everyone!

My experience with Dr. Richard at Heritage Hills Complete Manual Therapy was second to none! Five years ago a snowboarding accident left me with 8 fractured ribs and tissue damage, taking a full breath was impossible. Countless Dr.’s recommended that I learn to manage the pain, because it was their belief that I would live with this pain and imbalance for the rest of my life... Not willing to take this advise, a friend recommended that I go to see Dr. Richard. In just one visit he was able to address years of built up pain and tension! He took a gentle and noninvasive approach to his adjustments. It is through complete bliss that for the first time in five years, I can once again take a full breath :) I left feeling aligned and filled with joy, I finally found the Dr. that could help me to alleviate my pain and tension long term. I look forward to my next appointment and would recommend Dr. Richard to anyone experiencing pain or discomfort!
