I was having issues with my knees, being sore and not bending like they used to. A friend suggested I try Bowen therapy. I had never heard of Bowen therapy before. The session was so gentle I wasn't sure if this would help. A few days later my knee pain was gone. When the aches return I book another session and I am good to go for a few more weeks.
