I was 2 mins late, they opened the door and right away I was able to get my nails done, I love coming to Linh's they r so careful and they always do amazing, Yes some people say there rushing, u got to understand when covid first came and we were locked down, business were closing, when they opend everyone was wanting nails done, sometimes appointments r close together but they always do the best they can, if ur not happy with ur nails don't leave then complain say something when ur there cause they will fix them, if ur not sure about some of the tools they have say something they are not horrible people, they do care for there customers, I've been going to Linh's since they opened and I've never had any problems. Remember no business is perfect, if u want something done let them no if u don't like it they fix it thats why I love going to them, Thank you Linh and family for always doing my nails amazingly

NOT WORTH IT. They were incredibly unorganized, and employees were yelling at each other, the ventilation in the place was non existent so I left with a headache (2 hours later than I was told it would be). I had a manicure and pedicure and yes they both look very nice, but 100% not worth the trouble.

My appointment was amazing. I came in with needing my nails and cuticles fixed as they were died from my hair. She did a wonderful job and very nice and friendly atmosphere. My nails and hands never looked so good. Thanks so much for everything. I will never go anywhere else. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would.

Not worth the headache!!!! Very rude and unprofessional and be sure to read their response to see how professional They are!! I made an appointment for 3:30pm and ok I was 8 min late but made to sit there… the owner says I was 12 min late because that’s when I logged into their tablet. Guess I should mention I stood outside waiting for them to open the door first then was asked to go wash my hands etc before even logging in. Apparently they can’t tell time either I based on their ignorant response to my review!! I waited until 4:10pm before I got fed up and left. Lady tried to stop me saying the girl it’s almost done. There was 3 women already there getting their nails done… one getting a pedicure and one that came in with me and they put her ahead of me. They didn’t cancel my appointment they over booked and if anyone reads the other reviews it’s clear they do this often. People make appointments so they dont have to wait especially when I didn’t drive myself and had someone waiting for me! So glad I drove 45 min to get my nails done only to leave without getting my nails done!

Excellent service and atmosphere. Pleasant staff and music, decor and air conditioning. Clear safety protocols with sign in, masks, locked doors to discourage walk-in traffic. Massage chairs are amazing and quality of pedicures is 5 stars. Rates were very reasonable. Fast service so you can get on with your day. I’ll be back and recommend Linh Nails.

The absolute WORST manicure/shellac i’ve Ever had!!! She was so rushed and rough!!! My 6 year old could have done better- polish all over and so messy!!! AND to top it off they charged me an extra $6.50 to use debt!!!!!!

I was very wary of coming here. I never trust Parry Sound and their beauty services, really. However, my boyfriend surprised me and got me a mani pedi gift certificate and it just so happened that my bestfriend had the same gift certificate from Christmas. We got in there at 11 for our appointment and were in the chairs while I waited and she got her toes worked on. Twenty minutes later a guy came in and started on my toes. The place started getting busy and they told people to come back an hour later which to me was not enough time between all the 5 workers. My bestfriends feet were done but her manicure was rushed and she was done while my toes weren't even finished being painted. The gentleman did a great job of my feet although it was sort of painful and uncomfortable. I really did not like how the workers went between different clients and were more concerned with not losing business than the quality of care provided to the person paying in front of them. They had me wait over 35 minutes to get my manicure done in which it took 6 minutes... maybe. She rushed the massage and lightly put cream into my hands, she rubbed for 5 seconds each hand. My friend waited beside me for over an hour for me to be done. We were there for 2 hours and twenty minutes, 75% was waiting between us both. And this was my besties first experience ever getting her nails done at a nail place. She also had gotten clear polish on her nails and then changed her mind and when she asked if she could get a colour instead, they told her no it was too late. They had only spent like 9 minutes on her manicure and it would have taken 2 minutes for them to paint the colour, including the two coats, because that is how fast they were with my nails. We will be doing the drive to Barrie to get our nails done. We will never come back here.

My daughter and I have been going to Linh's for several years and love going together. Linh and her staff are very good at artificial nails including designs, flowers and gems, they make it into an art form. Many men go as well for pedicures including my husband who would never admit how much better his feet and lower legs feel after their special massage and pedicure. The staff are always friendly and have excellent suggestions if you can't decide on color. A great way to spend time with friends.

very rushed service, acrylic nails came out super chunky and uneven. by the end it did not look like anything I had asked for, even showed a picture of what I had in mind. super simplistic as I know some salons do not carry a full selection and was still not impressed. definitely not $67 worth.

I do get my nails done at that place a lot because it’s not to pricey but they do rush and sometimes can get ever rude well doing your nails. Your also should make appointment but even if u do u sit there for a bit but over all it’s a good place and nails do normally look great at the end

This was my first time ever going to get my nails done, I got a full set of acrylic nails which was first 40 dollars . Then an extra 10 for ombre and then an extra 15 to pay with my bank card. In the end I paid a total of 65 dollars. The tools used on me were dirty and used on other clients prior to me . My nails are uneven and wonky . There was no cleaning or disinfectant used on any of the tools. I also made an appointment prior so I didn’t just walk in. I really hope I don’t get an infection . It’s reallr unfortunate to have such a bad experience for my first time. I wish I had done my research before I went so I would’ve known what to lookout for .

I have had many wonderful and unique sets of nails and always get many compliments, even from strangers. Pedicures are amazing and relaxing as well. I highly recommend Linh nails to everyone.

Had a shellac manicure done Mother’s day weekend and it’s been almost 3 weeks and still looks good despite my own nails growing out. No bubbling or splitting anywhere. A bit more expensive than the city but that’s expected, considering there’s no other salons near by. I had to wait past my appointment time as they were busy but she didn’t rush my service either when people were waiting. Would go back.
