After years of neglecting my feet and putting up with pain in my feet, ankles and legs, I was referred to Sarab the foot care nurse at this location. I work as a cleaner and abuse my feet for hours everyday. I was impressed by the professionalism from the moment I walked in starting with reception, to attending the appointment. After a thorough examination, Sarab took the time to explain every cause and symptoms of my feet issues; corns, calluses, plantar fasciitis etc... She was very receptive and was able to respond to every concern I had with my feet. I'm looking forward to the next visit, my new pair of shoes, and a pain free working future. The entire facility was clean and everyone there works well together creating a perfect atmosphere for a treatment setting.

Natural Sole Wellness is a unique wellness centre offering me a one-stop centre for all of my personal "wellness" needs! I really appreciate that, especially in these trying times when limiting my exposure to multiple clinics is so important. However... even though I want to limit my exposure, I'm not willing to forfeit a great experience because of so and Natural Sole Wellness has not let me down in that respect either! From Sarab's amazing foot care service and recommendations to Eric's much needed massages (including his exercise recommendations for working remotely, in a cramped workspace versus my full office/desk space) to Sarah's exquisite spa and aesthetic services.. I love the calmness of her space, the products she uses (so much so I use at home habitually) and as well the recommendations she gives for my personal skin care program. Thank you Natural Sole Wellness!!

The reiki service I had done was such an amazing experience. I have a lot of anxiety and once I left the table I was completely relaxed for the week. I fully recommend using Sharon as your reiki practitioner for anxiety, stress and help alleviating pain. She is the best and a great asset to the Natural Sole Wellness team.

I’ve found new massage therapist here. Pooja is wonderful and very skilled. No massage is the same because I have different problem areas whenever I go. A pulled muscle here, an arthritic joint there…Pooja knows how to bring relief. You are made to feel welcome by all staff, especially the friendly receptionist. I’m so happy I found this place.

Best skin care treatment! I have received a few facials and use their high grade skin care products to help with my acne. The esthetician Sarah is very knowledgeable and helpful. The treatments really helped find a healthier skin. Will be back for sure! Thank you!

I went there Yesterday for a Ingrown toenail Removal, but the visit was FULL of disappointed!!! The Nurse said I "DID NOT" have an Ingrown toenail and they don't do surgery there. She just send me to an appletree. But I knew it was for 100% sure. I ended up to do a surgery from another footcare and the doctor there said that my toenail grown very deep inside. So Disappointed!!!! I wouldn't recommend for any one to go there at least for foot care. Based on the reply below, I just want to be clear why I'm not happy for Natural Sole Wellness Centre The main reason for comment is : the nurse is said that I didn't have an ingrown toenail which I really had. The nail is ingrown very deeply into the skin. What she did is just sent me to an appletree clinic and saying that I just need antibiotic. I really can't give a positive comment based on this The images blow shows that the letter she writes which clearly indicates that she said I didn't have ingrown toenail. The last image is the receipe from the other food care clinic that I went for a surgery of Ingrown Toenail Removal.

As a diabetic, I need to get regular foot care. I got excellent medical care on my feet, particularly on my toes (difficult work). Then I progressed to massages. Specifically, particular spots. Care is taken to determine what kind of pain and where specifically it is and what depth of massage is desired. I have gotten excellent relief. And at this moment, in addition to the above, I am suffering with vertigo and the Chiropractor has a specialty in vertigo. Her services are reducing the difficulties associated with vertigo and teaching me how to live a safer and more comfortable life. All those on the Natural Sole team share the love of their work and the ethics of the owners, Sarab and Geoff. I admire their energy, professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend Natural Sole Wellness Centre.

SO AMAZING! I had a microdermabrasion service with Sarah (I think that's what it's called) with the Algae mask and extractions. And WHEN I TELL YOU, my skin was so smooth and soft after. I had to put on a little make up later that night and the application was perfect. I've always had problems with blackhead and impurities on my nose and THEY ARE GONE. Super, super happy with the results and I can't wait to see Sarah again. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely fabulous wellness centre! I first found out about these services at a seniors event and decided to give it a try. Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable in their respective fields. A while back, I sprained my ankle badly (grade 2) while playing soccer and I needed help walking off the field. I couldn't fit my ankle in a shoe, or bear the pain of trying to fit it in one. Dr. Kutney helped me manage the pain and rehab my ankle, and I was back to playing soccer within two weeks! I have never had it bother me since. I'm still so impressed by this experience, and I strongly recommend Dr. Kutney! Also, the rest of the clinic staff are very friendly, and the clinic itself is bright and clean.

I have been going to Natural Sole for a few weeks now for my planter faschitis and corns on my toes.Sarab who is treating my feet is extremely knowledgable about my condition ,thorough in her treatments and overall very professional.The wellness center itself is very clean and all the necessary precautions are taken in reference to Covid. The center offers a plethora of services and treatments for both men and women.I would reccomend both Sarab and Natural Sole to anyone who is seeking a professional treatment from qualified professionals. Parking is even provided free of charge.
