This was a fantastic experience. Angela was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I went in with the somewhat unusual issue of what she deemed "exceptional" neck tension, which has affected me as a vocalist and also aggravates me nonstop. She made no assumptions, asked great questions, and assessed the situation clinically. Left with relief, greater mobility, and a game plan. I've been to lots of RMTs in my day. I'll definitely be back, and highly recommend!

Best massage I've had in Ottawa. I have tried about 5 different places now. I had my first appointment with Sylvie and it was amazing. I have multiple injuries that cause me to be extremely tight. I left feeling the best I've felt in SO long. I won't be going anywhere else again. 10 stars if I could.

I have been seeing Nadine for massage therapy for years now, after going to probably over 10 other massage clinics with not too much luck. I am an office worker and have recurring issues with my back which she always fixes in a few sessions. Would totally recommend.
