Go see Kim Bold - HIGHLY recommended. She provided the best massage I have ever had. She has a degree in Kinesiology and a background in biomechanics, which helps with a really thorough assessment. I went for long standing pain in my neck/shoulds/base of the skull and migraines, and she alleviated it almost completely. She suggested some great easy exercises, and helped me understand how my movements in my day-to-day life can impact the pain. She was professional, kind, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Thank you!

Nice people. It wasn't much of a massage. I'm really not convinced the person who massaged me was actually educated in the field. I had better result from a massage chair or my partner (who is not a massage therapist). This seemed to be a general rub, with no sense of knowledge of the individual muscles. Disappointed because it was expense, and now I have to book somewhere else to get some relief.

Just had a session with Kim to alleviate acute back pain. It was true, diagnosis-oriented therapy that took my back pain problems into account instead of simply relaxation. This will definitely help me heal in association with other back therapies. My first experience at Kneaded touch was really not what I was hoping for. I wanted so much to love this place as it’s conveniently close to home and my gym. However today I saw Franz Tseng and left this place disappointed and frustrated. First of all, the room was quite cold and uncomfortable. I understand it is a old building, but I think a space heater would definitely be helpful. There was no CD player or relaxation music so I could hear everything going on around me. Franz had a dry throat that day so made a lot of noises with his saliva/mouth and throat and coughed several times. It really ruined the relaxation aspect of this “massage”. He should have considered using a sick day. Franz did not really massage my back and neck, it was more of a poke/press here and there. It really did not help the tension and headache I came in for. There was also alot of his hands hovering above/on my head and on the side of my face And on my back. Sort of like the practice of Reiki. This was definitely not what I was expecting when booking this RMT. I wanted to terminate the massage after 15 minutes. I feel like I wasted my time and money today. I’d like to give this place another try as my friends saw other therapists and really enjoyed it.

I unfortunately have to give these guys a bad review, which isn't something I've ever done before. I have been here twice. My first experience was decent, so I did not hesitate to book another appointment. I recently saw Jen Works and was privy to a 90 minute torture session. She asked me if it was too much, and on three occasions I expressed that yes, it was. I get massages regularly and there are always portions that are more sensitive than others, but this was the first time where I was in so much pain I wanted to vomit. She knew I hadn't enjoyed my service because she didn't ease into the end of my massage - the time lapsed and she stopped what she was doing and stomped out, closing the door very loudly. It was so odd. I sent them an email expressing my disappointment and worry because due to the excessive pressure, I needed to take Tylenol for 4 days afterwards. Management did not have the decency to respond to my email, but a little over 2 weeks later, I received a generalized email asking us to leave them a Google review, so here I am. Definitely don't recommend as they clearly don't care about their clients.

I have had cervical spine issues for years with pain that is debilitating. I saw Meghan here who was a little condescending and possibly out of her scope. She made some dismissive comments regarding my neck pain and noted how there was not much muscle tension so likely not as much neck issues as I had suspected. Perhaps I should have brought in a copy of my MRI. Oh well, many massage therapists in the city to choose from. I will not be returning to this one.
