Nicole Frampton is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been treated by. She is very professional, attentive and knowledgeable and always accommodates the treatment to suit my issues. She puts everything into the massage and I feel instant relief following the appointment. Nicole offers a flexible schedule and I really enjoy the ease of online booking to find a time suitable to my schedule. The clinic is clean, easy to access and Nicole's therapy room is spacious but overall the clinic could benefit from an update to make the rooms feel less like an office space and lend more to a relaxing atmosphere.

Not the best looking place, but the therapist (Blanche) I had was pretty good. It felt like a maze with small rooms all around. Not much natural light, but I guess it's more of a treatment place than a spa place. Blanche really took her time and made sure I felt comfortable. She's very knowledgeable and has tons of experience.

This was my first time at Align Massage Therapy but it certainly won't be my last and I will be sending all my friends. Alex Booth exceeded my expectations! I can confidently say that this was the best massage that I have had. I'm someone who likes a deep tissue massage but, other than stating that I like a firmer massage, I don't like to ask for more pressure during treatment. I figure that the massage therapist "knows best". My inability to ask for what I want has resulted in years of feeling underwhelmed by my massages...until now. Alex knew exactly what I needed even when I had a hard time communicating what I wanted. He zeroed in on all my trouble spots, maintained communication throughout treatment, listened and gave a thorough and firm massage that still has me feeling better three days later. Highly recommended! (And I never write reviews - this is my first. The massage was so good that it compelled me to write a review!)

I have been going to Align on Bank for almost 3 years. I have some fairly intensive health issues, so I am very selective about the level of expertise of my therapists. There are a lot to choose from in the city, and once I found my therapists here, I would follow them any where. I have consistently received professional treatment and advice from this clinic. Their massages are always thorough, and their methods surpass any other clinic I have used in the past. I have had therapists cut short their lunches to extend treatment and accommodate me by coming in early when I have been in pain. They have successfully rehabbed me after several surgeries and are always positive, cheerful and knowledgeable on existing conditions and treatment options. You will not find more caring providers in this city. My husband uses this clinic as well and recommends it to all veterans needing excellent care. As for the comment from someone complaining about the noise level, I have to say that this is a therapeutic clinic where some of their clients have had traumatic accidents or they are dealing with immeasurable loss. I have laughed and cried in treatment many times and I believe that it is a testament to the nurturing and safe environment that these therapists have created. To be able to laugh through a painful rehab is a rare and beautiful thing and should be a source of pride to any professional. I have never heard noise from other rooms, nor would I criticize a medical service who has clearly been able to breach the medical/ clinical side with a human connection. I do not expect a spa experience from a Registered Massage Therapist who is treating medical issues. I would recommend without hesitation. These guys are amazing. Thank you Jaime and Patrice!

I have been here a handful of times. I saw a few RMT, my favourite are Blance and Mengying. There method is different, but both very effective. Booking online is great too. The only thing I don't like really is that it can get loud, you can hear other people talking through the walls and the place is quite small.

There’s a market for that, of course, but I always struggle to find a proper medical masseuse. He did a great job, I will be back!

I had an appointment scheduled that i could no longer make due to reasons beyond my control. My work schedule had been changed. I called the morning of my appointment to advise them I could not make it and wanted to reschedule. Instead of rescheduling me, knowing that I was at work, for whatever reason they had the massage therapist call me. I was unable to return the call. Instead of leaving me a voicemail with future appointment times, they took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment and charge me a cancellation fee. This is not right. Terrible customer service.

Online booking tool is fantastic, the location itself isn't great (parking + getting into the parking lot). After dealing with neck pain for over a year - I had two sessions with Brendan Garofalo and the pain is completely gone. I will be including RMT work from now on as part of my regular wellness routine. Also I found he was fantastic for suggesting things I can do at home or the gym to solve issues. It was nice to experience some one who is looking to help heal, rather than just get you in for appointments.

Repeat customer for over four years now. I am happy with the professionalism and variety of services Align Massage Bank St offers. Their online booking service is easy to use and if you have any questions or concern their response time is prompt. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The teamwork and dynamics of the Therapists are wonderful. I feel more alive, balanced and in tune with myself even days after my initial session with Nicole Frampton and Suzanne Dayment. Love their techniques and take home suggestions on stretches and foam roller exercises.

It was our first time visiting this clinic so we got there 15 minutes prior to our appointment to fill out some forms. The massage was very good and I did enjoy it...the only problem was I only got 50 mins of the massage treatment while I paid for 60 minutes. My husband who went in the room just a few minutes after me did get the full 60-min treatment. Because I only got 50 mins, I was sitting at the reception area waiting for him for a while....my husband didn't enjoy the massage as much as other places we have been to. (Also, the walls are very thin...my husband said he wanted to relax but he could hear next door talking and laughing the whole 60 minutes...)

I honestly went for a massage to use some of my benefits and these folks were close to me. First impressions: On time, the room a comfortable temperature and just enough talk to be pleasant. I had indicated when I booked that I'm often cold so there was a heating pad on the table. I highly recommend Lisa Price. The massage was absolutely wonderful, She worked some areas that I hadn't realized were tight, loosened up others that literally tingled all the way up my spine. I'm a little sore in spots ( good sore!!!) and know that tomorrow my muscles will thank me. Will be going back!

I've gone to Align for massages several times (mostly because the location and hours are very convenient) and they were fine. I made an appointment to see the Physio when I hurt my back because he was available on a Sunday and I wouldn't have to wait until after my girls getaway to get some help. I delayed leaving in order to see him at noon. He never showed up. Which is particularly ironic given the wording of the cancellation policy I stared at for half an hour: "We respect your time and hope that you respect ours too." They've lost me as a massage client too now.

Worst massage ever, I definitely won't be coming back. Therapist was using one hand/arm to massage me... He then proceeded to make random pauses throughout my massage. Overall the technique was horrible and lazy. This was a horrible experience I did not at all feel relaxed during my massage in fact, I was in pain sometimes due to his poor technique. Absolute waste of my money.
