I was out of working out for 1 month because I had hurt my lower back. I was told that I should see RC Massage Therapy and am very satisfied with the service. I told them about my problem and they knew exactly what to do. Right after getting my massage I didn't feel the tightness in my lower back and got right back to working out the same week! I definitely recommend seeing RC Massage Therapy!

It was a shot in the dark for me as I've been dealing with undiagnosed chronic pain with little to no relief for some time, since coming here I've had more good days than bad! Richard puts a lot of focus into my trouble spots and works them out with amazing pressure, very attentive and always makes sure you are doing what is right for you and your pain, he's also a great conversationalist as well☺️ I always look forward to my appointments and the relief I feel after.

Truly excellent service! Richard was friendly, professional, and demonstrated a level of customer service that one would expect at an excellent restaurant. The massage was exactly what I was hoping for! For a little context - I had injured my back gym and I could barely inhale or sleep without pain, never mind work out. The massage I received relieved my pain and let me get back to training basically right away. Worth every penny! Highly recommend!

Ive had problems with my hip area for a long time, i guess from work or from the time i was moving. My coworker referred me to Richard and told me he could help. It took me a while but I am glad i decided to go! He couldn't have been more helpful. He assessed me on the spot and explained to me why i was having these issues and answered all the questions i had with extensive knowledge. Very impressed. After 2 sessions I am already feeling a huge difference. If you have pain or need just even an assessment before you decide whether u need acupuncture or massage done hes the guy to go to. Extremely professional, extremely recommend.
