now that I found a clinic elsewhere (thank goodness) I would just like to say that getting a hold of this clinic for the last 3 days has been a big headache to say the least. I phoned numerous times and got an automated message saying no one was here to take my call, I did online booking still have not heard back, is this clinic even taking on new patients?? Very poor customer service, so glad I found another clinic that answered my phone call on the 2nd ring.

Had an amazing experience with Vrunda as my PT! She gave me the tools and knowledge on how to strengthen my injury (shoulder) through easy workouts I can do at home after a PT session. She confidently and professionally assessed and determined that treatment on my foot would assist with all of my injuries. Due to my sore foot, I was not walking properly. Very friendly office reception staff. Professional massage therapists and physiotherapists. The building is clean and air-conditioned. My only complaint is that the walkways meant for people with walkers or wheelchairs is narrow, and the interlocking stones are uneven so the wheels on walkers/wheelchairs can get stuck -- making traveling into or out of the office difficult for less able-bodied customers. If they fix the walkways, this will be a 5-star review!

Angela is really great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm on my 2nd pair of orthodics. Been seeing her for a few years now. Appointments are always on time and very happy with the orthodics. Receptionist is always kind as well. Although I've only been here for foot care, I would recommend them.
