I came here with my boyfriend for a 60 minute massage and deluxe facial using a Groupon. Both women who massaged us did not know how to give a proper massage. The woman I had performed the same three basic movements, mainly focusing on my back and spending barely any time elsewhere. They then gave us a back scrub, my boyfriend and I were unaware that this was going to happen as they had not told us what they were doing, they failed to remove all of the scrub and proceeded to put lotion on our backs with some scrub still on our backs. After, we flipped onto our backs with no assistance (not holding the blanket to maintain privacy/keep the orientation of the blankets straight) they then began our facial. The "deluxe" facial consisted of only a cleanser, gel mask which burned, toner, and lip balm. I am not an aesthetician but that is not a deluxe facial. Overall the massage and facial took 60 minutes, where in the description it says a 60 minute massage and a deluxe facial. Safe to say this place was extremely disappointing and I will not be referring this place to anyone and I will not be coming back.

My boyfriends on the other hand could have been more professional; less conversation, no swearing, and just overall more focused on the massage.

I had Mathew for my massage and the amount of pressure he applied was perfect. He kept checking with me and was very professional. Afterwards I had a pedi with Nicole. She was fantastic and gentle. She also did my lashes afterwards. A first for me and they are perfect. I love them. Spent an afternoon here and dozed off I was so relaxed. Totally recommend.

I really enjoyed the facial Theresa gave me, super nice and relaxing. But I would not recommend their waxing services. I am very unhappy with my eyebrows, they turned out much thinner and shorter than I wanted even though I just asked for a clean up, and clearly specified that I do not want them to be reshaped.

My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage/Spa retreat for a good price. We have never been to this location before. I was really excited to be pampered with my boyfriend but it wasn’t what we expected. The staff was very nice and helpful but the place was so dirty it was unsettling and not relaxing. There is junk everywhere in the spa...also The massage therapist I had specifically asked me if I liked deep or light pressure and when I said deep she didn’t increase pressure at all. They didn’t do a full body massage, only the back and legs. Definitely need to clean that place up

I found this Spa on Groupon and I did a couples massage today with my wife. When we got there it looked like this little cute hole in a wall spot, which is great because it’s like a little secret. We parked opposite by the Music School. Once we were inside, it was an automatic calming vibe, which makes sense because they do Reiki there. We were taken into the cutest little room, that I call the Paris Room, because there was Paris deco everywhere. The ladies who came to us were immediately so nice and accommodating. I got my massage from Kristina, and she is literally the sweetest person ever! She was so nice to me and I was feeling so sick all day and her hands were like medicine. When I come back I am specifically going to be asking for her.

Went today with a friend down to Ourspa for some well overdue and needed pampering.. I went in there in pain with a lot of tension and I walked out feeling as light as a feather!!!!????Teresa and her girls are very professional the ambience was amazing???? It felt like was massaged by an angels hands from head to toe ???? the hot wax hand and foot treatment was pretty amazing as well I feel like a new woman! I got a great deal on some beautiful lashes and as I was leaving I received some beautiful gift as well???? thank you Teresa you truly are a blessing! ????

Tried this spa with à groupon. Had à hot stone massage. The massage was good. Thoughthe room was disappointing. It was divided into two with à curtain. And the woman on the otherside was very Noisy, so i wasnt able to relax and enjoy as much as i would have liked. This morning my one Wide was sore which can happen. But when i looked in the mirror i discovered à water blister. I am not happy now i am worried about infection. Obviously the stones were too hot to put on skin or should have been places over à cloth. Either way this should not have happened.

Very disappointed as I am a returning customer (no longer). I went in for a massage and a facial (deal on groupon). After the massage (we both forgot about the facial) as I was leaving she came back and reminded me about it and to get back on the bed as it would not take long. She then tells me that she is sorry that she forgot but she is not feeling well and believes she has the flu. Instead of complaining on here first, I reached out and asked to be contacted about this as I was really upset that someone with the flu was at work where you are touching people all day. I would not have known had she not forgotten about the facial. This is exactly how viruses spread, and on top of this I have a toddler at home. I would have happily rescheduled to avoid being in contact with someone with the flu. It has been 2 weeks since I reached out and to this day no response. Very disappointed, and will be letting my friends and family know (people who also go here often).

I had a Spa Package done by Lisa, followed by a Reiki Massage and Clearing session by Teresa. These ladies are so loving, warm, with gentle, magic touches, healing hands and caring hearts. The spa is very clean, proper COVID protection. I feel rejuvenated, recharged and energized. I highly recommend their service. If you have never tried Teresa's Reiki Massage, you are missing out!

My experience was just ok. The ladies were very nice. The place is an older house used as a spa. Not very inviting. The massage itself felt like it was being performed by an amateur but was still ok for what we paid. Our 75 minutes turned into 60 mins because they were running late. The room was very cold. When moving from one part of the body to the next they did not cover up the finished part of my body (for example when doing legs; they did not cover up my back). What was most annoying/frustrating was the lady sat in a stool to perform the massage and every mover she made was followed by squeaking noises. Also the window was open and you could hear the traffic from outside. Just not a relaxing spa environment. The lady that did our massage was outside smoking on the porch when we left. I'm not a smoker and do not like having to walk by someone smoking. It was unprofessional in my opinion. In the end, I got what I paid for. Would I go back...no!!

Very friendly staff, however not a professional spa by any means. Massage was good, pedicure was done laying down in a bowl of water in an attic. It was different but not horrible. Room was very hot due to a fake fireplace giving off heat. We were then given fleece colourful short robes (not a good combo). Food was good, but cold and we were given a very small table to eat it at in the hot room. Not worth the money spent on groupon to be honest. The girls meant well and certainly were trying. The place gives you the feel like you are a teenager going to a friends house and you have to stay in their bedroom while you paint each other’s nails. Definitely not a spa. Needs some work but I think over time this place could be nice :)

Just finished a couples retreat and talk about an incredible experience! Walking in we were greeted with nothing but a welcoming atmosphere and a wonderful lady at the front desk! The ladies we had doing our massages were just amazing, very thorough and outstanding. The food was amazing and I am so happy they were able to accommodate my fiance's eating disorder. Just an overall incredible experience that we will definitely be doing again. 1000% will be recommending these ladies to all my friends and family! As a company owner of a heavily demanding job, i run into a lot of back pain and muscle cramps. I have been to many massage clinics or spas mostly found by my wife. I did not enjoy my experience. Unprofessional and not clean in my opinion. They used a fleece blanket to cover my body during massage on a sweltering hot day of 30 degress outside! I was fearful if they even changed sheet between clients. I felt hot, unsanitary and very uncomfortable.The staff was nice but unprofessional. I will not return.

Terrible service. I was 5 minutes away and they called to cancel my appointment. Then they wouldn't let me re-book, wouldn't let me use my groupon on Saturday's and told me to call groupon and ask for a refund. They didn't accommodate me whatsoever. I don't know how the reviews are good for this place. Massage for us here was a joke. Somebody needs to tell them to take up a massage class at a Markham or any other massage place. Spreading oil on someone's body isn't a massage. You've got to apply some pressure at the correct spots. Even when I and my spouse indicated where we had the pain..no change in their technique. Seriously money went down the drain. Rooms are very small. Avoid at best.

Right from the get go there was problems. I booked 2 single deep tissue massages for my wife and sister in law. When they arrived they were put into a couples massage while somehow being double booked with another client. After scrambling around and starting the massage half an hour late. The masseuse came in, very evdiently just finishing a smoke break, and bagan to lightly press against my wife. Again this was a deep tissue massage? On top of that, she up and left our room several times (at least 5) to apperently act as the front desk person. Also thought the 2 masseuse were chatting amongst each other about office issues with them lying there. Thry did try to compensate with a free facial, which is why there is 1 star vs 0. All in all it was a very poor and unprofessional experience. Do not come here if you want any kind of decent massage.

For my first time ever having a spa day done it was truly magical and the staff make it a very comfortable atmosphere , I went with my sister in law and did the couple's retreat and I will most definately be returning again , right from the massage to the pedicure to the facial all was amazing , and to lady who felt it necessary to pick on a hearing impaired worker nicole to the point it left her awake at night , shame on you for being such an ignorant human scum for belittling someone who did work for you to make your day better , it's people like you that make the good honest people in this world look bad , once again shame on you , next time you feel the need to wanna pick on someone give me a call we can meet for a coffee and try that with me !

The staff were very friendly, but clearly not trained to do massage or esthetics. We had a couples massage and I got my brows done, all services were disappointing. Spend a little extra, and get a massage where you won’t leave in pain, and where your brows aren’t disappearing.

I saw Tina, who I was told by the owner was an RMT. After having my message (which was good because of Tina) but she could barely work in the small space available, I was asked to write a review and when I wrote about the RMT I was asked by the owner to remove that she was an RMT and to change her name to Lisa and say Reiki because she actually is not an RMT. These ladies will lie to you and rip you off on Groupons. Once the owner read this review they went on Facebook to find my account and proceeded to harass me over this. She also tried to bribe me with a facial treatment.

Just finished the lavender bliss package with Kajal. She was super friendly, made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was constantly checking in to make sure that the pressure was good. If you've ever been in the dollar store and thought "this would be a good place to get a massage" then you've found your spa. Most of the furniture and equipment appears to have been purchased at yard sales. Based on the massage i received there is no indication of any qualifications or training.

My friend and I came in for the couple's 1 hour massage package with mini facials as well, our appointment was for 12 we didn't get brought in until 12:30 and were back in the car for 1:30.. I overheard the 2 masseuses say they were running behind and they couldn't continue to run late. I'm not sure why this was my problem, as I arrived on time for my appointment. We also were not able to choose the type of massage we would have liked as was described in the groupon. Zero massaging was done on the front side of our body, a 5 second neck massage was done during the facial, body scrub came with zero effort(that we didn't ever know was included), was basically wiped off with a towel. The one masseuse kept talking about everything she was doing so it was hard to relax and enjoy the massages, however they were friendly. Mediocre service at best. Will not return or recommend.

I am writing this review as other should be aware of the Groupon deal offered by this company. They will not honour the Groupon on a Weekend. However no where in the fine print on Groupon it is stated. I am sure this company is very good by the reviews written, but changing the agreement with Groupon is a classical bait & switch. Good thing Groupon gave me a full refund. As I said the company reviews seem to be very good, but my wife and were turned off by the not accepting the Groupon.

I did have a good experience, my masseuse was in school still and I felt that she was afraid to use pressure. The atmosphere could use a little work but overall it was nice. I wasn't particularly fond of the fact that my room was not closed and I could hear and see that's someone was getting a massage behind the curtain for me.

I'm going back today for the appointment, which I booked last minute. The place is small but I was so relaxed when I left and everyone was super friendly, it's a hidden gem with a calming environment in an unexpected area.

Great service, very friendly staff, and felt safe with how they handled covid. We had our temperatures checked upon arrival and everyone was very careful and wore masks. The place was very clean and the massage was very relaxing and nice. When we left they gave us a very sweet Christmas gift which contained candles and a lovely crystal, we were not expecting this at all! We will be returning for sure and I highly recommend this place.

People are nice but service is mediocre. I went for one hour massage. I was taken to third floor room which was colder than north pole and had two small space heaters that were probably just turned on. Table itself was terrible. And to top it off, massage was really bad as well. Never going back there for sure.

I bought a groupon and went here. Paid for it in advance. Let me be clear and say that I've been to about 50 salons for mani/pedi, and also that I'm not a picky person at all. That being said, I went here with an open mind. Firstly, it's in a house in Oshawa. You go up a few flights of stairs to get to a very dirty waiting room with an old couch and creaky floors. I waited 40 minutes even though I had an appointment booked. Still - no problem. Maybe some people can't afford nicer furniture, and sometimes things happen where there is a delay. It wasnt the end of the world to wait. When I was finally seen I got my feet nails clipped and cuticles done by the nail lady. They don't have a proper pedicure seat. You soak your feet in a bowl with soap in it. Unfortunately they were very over booked and the nail lady was finishing up two other girls while I was sitting there with my feet in a bowl and so someone else came in to take over for my nails. This is when things got really bad. She literally destroyed my feet. She painted them and it was embarrassing how badly it was done. Polish not on the whole nails but then a lot on the skin. Then she attempted to do my hands. I told her to use regular polish because I knew if she used the shellac I had paid for, I would have to pay extra at another salon to get it removed. I knew as soon as she painted my toes that I would need to get them fixed immediately, and knew she was going to destroy my finger nails as well. She removed no cuticles (she didn't even know how to use the cuticle trimmer) and she couldn't even cut my nails straight. I had to take the nail filer and fix all of my nails because they were crooked. There was no point in saying anything because clearly this was their standard. The nail lady had a look at the end to apply cuticle oil and she didn't fix them. She looked at it and said "great!". The owner (who does massages) walked in 3 times and commented on how beautiful they looked. I couldn't believe 3 grown women were going to allow their customer to walk out of there looking that way. I was speechless. I wouldn't go back even if it was free - to be honest. I paid for a professional service and I got service that was horrific. I could have done a much better job at home on my own. I'm sorry to say this and I don't normally write reviews for anything but this was just SO bad I couldn't believe it. The salon I went to immediately after to fix it would not believe that I had just come from a salon. She thought I did it myself and I had to show her my redeemed groupon voucher from that day to prove to her it was done by a "professional". Even then she still wasn't persuaded and she kept saying "this is not done by a professional! No! Look - this nail is completely crooked! Look - so much cuticles! Look - too much nail polish in your fingers!" Don't waste your money here. I guarantee anywhere else you go will be better. Sorry to the salon for writing such a bad review but I felt it was necessary and I WISH I had read a review like this prior to going. I have contacted Groupon for a refund and I won't stop until I get it.

I went to get a manicure and pedicure done before my trip last month and I was extremely happy with the service I received. The staff are very bubbly and down to earth so I felt at home. Kelly did my manicure and pedicure and it was perfect.. they must have used a good quality polish because it didn’t chip at all.. it was just growing out so I had to remove the polish. She spent so much time with me so I appreciate all the attention I got. The prices are great as well, just go in and see.. you can beat there in store prices I’m sure!!! I'm so sad to read all these false reviews about Our Spa By Teresa, these are all fake reviews from an employee that was fired months ago . I go here once a week, I have been coming here for over 2 years , I have had almost every kind of massage , mani and Pedi, Salt wraps, different kinds of facials . Teresa and her employees go over and above not just for me but for everyone. The place number one is very clean and every item they use is soaked in a solution that cleans off all bacteria from the customer before , they have never used even a file on another client because they give the mail file to the client when they are done the job. They use Sentsy in every room , how could the place smell of urine, that is a big joke . Number 2 they do not have carpet they have hardwood in the waiting room and hall ways and every room . Teresa is very professional , lovely and very warm, kind , she makes you feel like you are number 1, just like family she teaches her staff to be . Believe me I am a regular customer I pay like everyone else but all these fake reviews are nonsense . Please I invite you to go and see for yourself , you will be very pleased and you will feel like a million dollars after you have been here. Thank you for reading my review.

Unprofessional! I don’t understand how people are rating this place more than 2 stars. I was booked for a full body wax. Firstly when I entered the lady Cassandra said she won’t do my Brazilian because it’s been so long since she has done one. Then she waxed my legs and halfway through she told me the wax is finished so she won’t be able to wax my upper body at all! She took 2.5 hours just to do my legs and back very slow! It’s not even a spa it’s a dark shady looking messy place! Even the waxing on my legs wasn’t done properly there’s so many patches left with hair all over. She was just in a hurry to get out of there because she said her boss Theresa forced her to come to work today. She was so nice during the service and as soon as I paid the money she didn’t even look at me properly or say bye. This is not a spa it’s a scam don’t go here unless you wanna be told halfway through that the wax is finished!! Never been to place like this before and never again! Umm excuse me she didn’t have wax to do half my body not just the Brazilian she only did my legs. Firstly she was standing outside smoking when I entered running every 5 minutes to catch the phone. Get your employees checked. Height of unprofessionalism. This place even from the outside looks so shady go at your own risk! You will not get what you pay for!! They’ll be all nice to you and then when you enter you’ll get not even half the service you pay for. The employee herself told me she hadn’t done waxing in a long time and doesn’t know why her boss booked her!! Lies

I went for the Friday Night Ladies Spa Special with my daughter and girlfriends!! It was wonderful!! We had pizza, pop, music, great conversation to start!! Then, we had full body massages, hand and foot rubs and paraffin treatments, back scrub, back mask, and an Express Facial. We loved the hot towels placed on our feet, backs and faces!! All of us were relaxed, feeling fabulous and ready for bed, when we were done. Everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and have a great night!! Experience was not what I was expecting. Waiting room smelled like urine, women not dressed in usual spa employee attire, couples massage was unprofessional with employees 'learning on the job', drugstore-type products, and I was not confident about the cleanliness of the tools used. The body scrub given was less than adequate and left a residue that I had to clean off myself, as did the massage oil. The facial was unprofessional, using exfoliating sponges to moisten the face, collagen was accidentally applied before cleanser and then wiped off with cleanser. Then collagen was reapplied and homemade lip gloss applied in gobs. If you want to have a professional spa experience, do NOT go here.

My first impression when walking into Our Spa was that I just wanted to walk back out (and after my service started I really wish I had). The place is disorganized and the staff unprofessional. I went for a massage, facial and "body" scrub. The room was cold and the massage table rickety and of poor quality. It was clear, once the massage had started, that the staff have no training. The "body" scrub was nothing but a salt scrub on your back (which was done roughly) and the facial is basically having your face washed (however, I was thrilled that there were no tools involved as I would be afraid that they weren't properly sanitized). If you've ever been to a real spa you'll know immediately that this place shouldn't even be open. How anyone would give this place more than one star (and honestly I would give it negative if I could) is beyond me.

Very unprofessional place, my wife had gone for a Mother's Day treat and she left with a pedicure that I could have done. Tools were shared among other women there, oil was applied instead of a top coat and they had 4 different women touch her feet in the two hours that she was there for JUST A PEDICURE. She has now had to deal with nails that are cracking and an ingrown big toenail. We will never be back and think that this place should be shut down or they should hire people that know what they are doing.

The massage services are actually good and the spa itself is quaint, however, the owner is racist and said problematic comments to my boyfriend while we were getting a couple's massage, making the entire experience extremely uncomfortable for me. I've been to this place twice and the first time, I had the couple's retreat in which I requested a vegetarian meal and I was served meat. The owner did not seem very apologetic about the situation and comes across as aggressive. Both times I had to wait at least 20 minutes into my appointment. They did compensate for the lateness by giving a special treatment, however, both times I had significantly negative experiences and I will NOT be returning.

My boyfriend and I went for a massage through a Groupon deal. I was very excited for it however the massage was one of the worst experiences I’ve had, it was very cluttered and small. Somebody kept walking by and you could hear them talk behind the curtains. the girl who massaged me barley used any technique, I asked her to focus on my shoulders and she didn’t do that, instead she wasted most of the time rubbing the palm of my hands with no pressure at all. I heard her yawn 4-6 times during my hour massage. She was the younger girl, didn’t seem like she cared to be there. My boyfriend’s masseuse kept talking the entire time however she was helpful and did an okay job according to my boyfriend. No matter how good the Groupon deal is, it is not worth the time and money. Spend the extra coin and go to a place that will massage you correctly.

At the beginning of my session - when I still had makeup on - the employee tried to jump straight into the microdermabrasion treatment (you are supposed to cleanse your face BEFORE doing this treatment as you do not want bacteria to enter the abrasion and cause an infection). Then, when I asked what equipment she would be using, she told me that she did not know and that this was only her SECOND time doing this treatment. She then proceeding to spend a whole 2 minutes doing the microdermabrasion with a machine that was dull. To top it all off, they tried to charge me more than the agreed upon price after my session. Do not go to this spa, there are many places far better than this. Dont waste your money. Buyer beware!

Visited this spa yesterday (9/7/2017) and honestly not knowing anything about the place, my thoughts were running wild - but when I got there I felt instantly better.. very friendly staff and clean location! Timing: I didn't wait long at all, my appointment started on time which is always a plus! I had the mini microdermabrasion, with a facial and volcanic ash mask, and although it felt a little rushed, I REALLY enjoyed it and recommend! My skin looks and feels amazing, and I was super glad I could buy a tub of Collagen at the end! Definitely would go back to Teresa! :)

Don't go here. Showed up for my appointment at 12 and was told it had been cancelled, but they didn't take my number when I booked so I wasn't called. They told me to call back at 1 to see if there was an opening. I called 4 times with no answer. Decided to show up and there was 2 people sitting behind the counter. The waiting room was extremely cluttered (huge chairs in front of the counter you have to kneel on or lean over to pay) and the room itself was even worse. So crowded that she had to squeeze by everything and kept knocking things onto the floor. Someone's lunch was on the counter and there was dirty cutlery in the sink. She had to leave to get more supplies and after she came back in, someone opened the door to pass her something without knocking while I was undressed on the table. Waxing job itself was not finished because she was having difficulty and just ripping off wax in the same spots over and over (keep in mind this was a Brazilian - not my first and am used to the pain) and because my appointment was delayed by over an hour I had to leave. I was given a ripped up towel to clean myself off and was charged full price. I was already late to an event and did not have the patience to argue about it. Very, very unsatisfied.

I’ve been going to our spa by Teresa for a while but yet again I recently went in to find out the two people I like where fried I have notice some things at this spa since then ie not cleaning tools properly or bed and I noticed myself in person that they use products from the dollar store this is something the owner and manger should be taking care of. They where fired for really no reason over a mistake not to mention that they didn’t get any kind of warning or write up I know this spa well the two that she fired where better then her own manger whos quality of work was poor and was never fired I’m really disappointed and don’t think I’ll be going back anymore.

She finally stumbled upon a Groupon offer for a couple's massage here and we decided this would be a good way to try a place out; so we did. I got Michelle and she was Amazing! Right off the bat her personality was a breath of fresh air, and she was very attentive, asked me about my pressure, noticed when I was in pain and would ask me about it and just accordingly or try to alleviate that pain. Her spa and staff are extremely friendly and hospitable. Given their busy day, our appointment was running a little behind. But it was totally fine with us as Teresa and her staff did the very best to accommodate by offering beverages and even additional spa treatments. It was absolutely wonderful being able to enjoy the ambiance of this family business; where everyone is treated with care, kindness and respect. You can really tell the team was close and were very much willing to stay open late to take care of their regulars, as well as new coming guests. The massage I received was done by Cindy who was extremely kind and funny. Teresa has the best personality and took care of my boyfriend during our couples massage. He loved it! We enjoyed our first paraffin wax treatment, back scrub as well as head massage (on top of our reg. massage)!! Long story short the massage was very relaxing, the facial was over very quickly, the shellac manicure was nice but chipped after 3 days (and longevity is why I get shellac in the first place), and the pedicure was nice but for reasons I cannot fathom they did that last so after waiting for my nails to dry for 40 minutes they were still tacky but I gave up and just put my socks and shoes back on and went home.

So the people are nice but when we got there they we're we' stressed and all over the place they we're very behind. A mother and a daughter the we're infront of us were waiting 45 minutes to there appointment. They left because they were waiting so long. We were offered a glass of wine for the wait . But I wasn't happy with my massage, I wanted a one hour deep tissue massage. Thinking I would be getting some attention on my Knott's but it was very light. I asked the lady for more pressure at least 3 times and told her that my neck and shoulders we're my problem area. Still didn't put much pressure at all i felt bad to ask again so I just let the massage continue. I mean it was a groupon but I don't think I will return.

This was an awful experience! Do not go to this place, they advertised it as a 2 hr massage and facial and only did one hour and that itself was bad. Didnt apply pressure even though I requested multiple times. They were understaffed and she left the room twice during my massage to deal with other customers. I could hear another lady frustrated because she had been waiting for her nail appointment for a long time. When we were leaving, there was another customer who had also purchased a groupon that was frustrated because they were charging a $35 tax on a $39 groupon!! Thats how messed up this place is. The room was cold even though we asked three times to turn the heat up. A head massage and mask was part of the package but they didnt do that. Theresa, the owner, is terrible and has the worst customer service I have seen. She has her "spa" if you can even call it that, advertised on groupon and says she has nothing to do with them and didnt do anything to fix the situation. Terrible terrible experience, never again!!

Visited this place for a couples massage and facial. We were treated fantastically. The massage was incredibly relaxing and very professional. The environment was comfortable and welcoming. Well worth the drive. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I have been here a handful of times, and never had any issues. Longest we waited was maybe 10 minutes, which isn't a huge deal to us. The staff is always amazing, inviting, and awesome at their job. We had Theresa and Katie for our massage this time around and it was probably the best massage we've had!

I went with my to this spa for the first and LAST time today. We had booked a manicure and pedicure almost a week ago. My pedicure went well but then came the manicure from Hell. I went in with nice long nails to have gel overlays done. I had one nail shorter than the others and asked to have it built up to match the others but let's say instead of building the one nail up I ended up leaving the place with 10 quite short nails. Yes you guessed it they were all cut off to match and NOT just one built up to make match. The manicure was rushed through because the owner was rushing her because they had new customers come in, which wasnt our fault. They were trying to cut out one pedi due to their scheduling error. Then to top off our not wonderful experience theresa had the nerve to tell me at the end that I still owed the taxes on the groupon deal which I feel should have been discussed at the beginning. So people if you are looking for a bad experience and a rush job done waste your money and go see Our Spa. Oh and did I mention the same nail file was used on both my daughter and I when each person is supposed to have their own clean files used.

This was the worst "spa" I have ever been to! It is actually a "spa like" set up on the top floor of an old run down house. The place has a funny smell and did not seem very hygienic. The massage I received was subpar with very little pressure applied (despite my request for some actual pressure). They do not cover the finished area of your body before moving on. My young daughter could have done a better job than they did on my mani/pedi (crooked nail file, sloppy polish) and the skin on my toes started peeling afterwards. A spa should be clean, relaxing and inviting. This "spa" was anything but! You can hear traffic noises and one of the employees smokes outside near the entrance which leaves a nasty smell as you leave.

The... staff are super nice. My daughter and I both went for mani/pedis. Unfortunately they told me I was fine to go..and when I got home ALL of my toenails were badly smudged. We were leaving for vacation the next day so I had to go to another salon around the corner to have my nails completely redone. As well my daughter is only 15 with young feet and they used the scraper on her feet. They were red and raw and she was in pain walking around all week. Not a good start to our vacation. I did email the salon...but sadly did not hear back from them

I booked the couples mini retreat for my boyfriend and I for our anniversary. We showed up 10 minutes prior expecting to fill out an intake form as required by the CMTO but were told it was not needed. The massages were booked for 6:30 and we were taken into the room at 6:40. To make up for being late however, we were given paraffin wax hand and feet treatments which was nice. We got onto the tables in a very small room. The tables were not made up with sheets instead there was a gauze like covering with a hole where your face goes through. When we were brought into the room we were told the therapists would be wearing their mask at all times so I was very surprised when I was turned over to see that she didn't have a mask on. The lights were on bright the entire time and the therapists talked to each other the entire treatment and my therapist even left the room several times and had other therapists come in to get her things. Because the room was small she was sliding my table back and forth to fit between it and the wall. When she turned me over she lifted the blanket completely exposing me to the other therapist and my boyfriend. I asked for a relaxation massage and instead got an excessive amount of oil rubbed all over me quickly with no technique. We were told the mini retreat came with snacks and drinks. After the treatment we were brought back into the lobby, where other therapists were walking around not wearing a mask, and given a bottle of water each as well as a smile cookie and half a sandwich. After taking 2 bites out of my sandwich I then found a hair in it at least 8 inches long. After that my boyfriend and I just left. This experience wasn't professional or relaxing by any means and we wont be back.

This is not a spa. This is comparable to a salon in someone’s basement at best. Dark, dingey, CLUTTERED. You don’t even get the services you ask for. This place is a joke and I should have read reviews prior because seeing the owners immature and rude replies is even more of a joke. I saw another review that says they use dollarama products and it certainly looks like it. There’s nothing of quality here. Won’t ever return and will tell everyone I know to avoid and spend the extra money on a real spa. You get what you pay for.

My mother and I went for a hour long message followed by a peppermint back scrub and hand and foot reflexology were were treated fantastically by the staff and you cant be the price.

The staff tried and meant well but the service was not that great. I brought my mom in for 60-minute reflexogy. We got called in 40 minutes late and we were done within 45 minutes. Before getting called in we could hear the staff talking amongst themselves about who would do what, with one staff saying that she had never done reflexology before. Another staff had to coach her and teach her what/how to do it with the clients (ie us) sitting closeby.

I was at “Our Spa” today with my pre-teen daughter and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the customer service and results! We had the pleasure of Nicole and Teresa working on us and my daughter was in heaven to say the least???? I was thrilled to find a spa that accommodated my daughter and myself. They really do care about making you feel welcome and pleased with your results ????. I highly recommend this spa to anyone and we will be back again for their service.

Absolutely terrible. Although the staff were nice it was Not at all professional. the entire time the two staff were giggling and talking to each other during our massages. The food was disgusting and freezing cold. The facial was not a facial. The room was an attic in which the staff member told us had no fire alarm, during which time she had a ear candle lite on fire.... over all it's a bunch of girls trying to deliever spa experiences with no education and no experience in a professional environment. Save your money go to a spa, not worth the price cut.
