Great clinic all around can't recommend it enough. Went there for issues with my shoulder, Matt took me through a detailed program and treatment plan. Attention VERTIGO sufferers Matt is also a trained Physiotherapist in this area and has helped me numerous times with specialized maneuvers to alleviate the symptoms of Vertigo. The front office staff are a delight, both of the Michelle's (am/pm) are great to deal with and present a warm and professional atmosphere. Great clinic, will go back again for Vertigo treatments and any issues I might have for Physiotherapy.

Very knowledgable staff! Excellent care, the Physiotherapists are great and try different treatments to get results (healing). There are other Physio clinics that simply hook you up to a machine every week. You will receive detailed explanations as to what they will be doing, and a variety of methods in order to really cure what ails you. Love my Physio !

This place is fantastic! Matt (my physiotherapist) tuly knows what he's doing. On top of this he's super friendly and understanding. Being young and facing a hip replacement it's nice to have a group of people who know me, understand my situation and genuinely want to help me on my road to recovery. I started coming here a few weeks ago for both physiotherapy and massage. This facility is very clean and bright. The front desk was very warm and welcoming and helpful when it came to setting up the direct billing for my insurance. My physiotherapist Reesha is so attentive and asks all of the right questions to better understand my pain and she explains her plans for me so that I could understand. We immediately formed a great Bond. She is very kind and I trust her. Lucy my massage therapist is great at working out all of the kinks. I'm so glad that I found this place.

Had a chronic trap/neck injury exacerbated by a fall. Matt was able to help me alleviate my pain and strengthen the area to help prevent further issues. All while I had the ridiculous request that I missed no work. He made it happen. Highly recommend it. I went there with a lot of pain in my wrist, that I was crying of, in only a few session started getting better, although i am still having pain, road to recovery still continues but it’s getting better everyday and I am so thankful to Mat for helping me so much. The staff are so friendly, helpful and very professional and work with your hours. Can’t wait for my insurance to start in January so I can start getting treatment for my IT Band Syndrome.

I’m getting treatment for an elbow injury and it’s going amazingly well. I was living in pain for a couple months before I finally decided to get help and was lucky enough to get an amazing therapist like Matt to work on it. He diagnosed and set a up a treatment plan, explained the procedures, let me ask questions and showed me exercises to do between appointments. In the few sessions with him, my elbow has been feeling so much better and I can enjoy my work and my hobbies again. The staff at North Simcoe has been great too, I get a friendly text reminder for upcoming appointments so that helps me too. Great experience.

Knowledgeable staff and kind and beautiful receptionists that are there to help you in your time of need! Matt Spina has been my physiotherapist for my back injury and have been getting amazing results and also paired with the massage therapy from Kathy Kloss it is healing up amazingly! I was a patient at North Simcoe Physiotherapy from October 2018 to May 2019 and I had Matt as my physiotherapist for the 7-8 months I was there. I found the clinic to have very friendly staff, that were approachable, understanding of situations. I think getting to be with the physiotherapist the whole appointment is one of the things that makes North Simcoe so good! Matt made it clear from the start what my MRI actually meant, so that I understood what was wrong with my knee. He made it clear what treatment plan would be the best for me (what he would do and what I would do at home). When I came in October, I told him I had a ski trip at Christmas that I wanted to be ready for. Each visit he would evaluate how I was progressing so that I would know if I could go on my trip. He answered any question I had and ensured I was comfortable doing each exercise and any discomfort that I felt was dealt with. Overall, I felt that North Simcoe Physiotherapy raised the bar on what a physio clinic should be and that out of all the specialists, doctors, chiropractors, and physiotherapists I have seen to treat my knee, Matt is second to none and in a class of his own!

I was a PT at this clinic for several months for a knee injury, they failed to diagnosie my ACL injury, or refer me to the proper Dr. This postponed my needed surgery and ultimately, my recovery. I lost alot of my money and time. Friendly staff, but not very knowledgeable.

My knee was seized up, hurt and I could hardly walk. It looked like I would need knee surgery. Having heard many stories of unsuccessful knee surgeries I decided to try a physio instead. What a good decision. Matt was assigned to me and was wonderful!!! He very carefully checked my knee and started treatment. He is very knowledgeable and keeps up to date on new treatments. After about 6 weeks my knee feels almost perfect! Matt is very encouraging and supportive. I highly recommend this clinic. Everyone is friendly and there is no pressure on you. North Simcoe Physio is a good place to start, to see if they can help you with your pain and stiffness. I am delighted with my results!!!

It was of the utmost importance to me that wherever I went to rehab that they had highly positive reviews. Safe to say I made the right choice. He's professional, very knowledgeable in his subject area, and is very easy to talk to, which always makes for an excellent experience. I started seeing Matt in February 2021. Due to a fall, I was having an issue with my knees. In just a few visits, I could see an improvement. During the course of our conversations, I mentioned that for some time, I had had an issue with walking any distance. After lots of questions, and much discussion, he suggested that he could also work on my feet. As my knees continued to improve, he started to spend more time on my feet. They have improved immensely and my knees are fine. I cannot say enough about Matt. He is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend him. Michelle at reception, is great. During Covid her job was made more difficult, but she was always very pleasant. I am very happy I found North Simcoe Physiotherapy!!
