I have been receiving massage therapy here for the last few months from Peter and Haidi... both are great at what they do! And very friendly! I haven't worked with Anne or Nick, but they're always cracking jokes, very friendly, and create a friendly environment! However, the front desk needs a lot of work at this clinic! First of all, one of the receptionists (I believe her name is Allison) is not welcoming at all... No smile, no friendly greetings from day one! (Ambrene though is always smiling and friendly!) Second of all, the two receptionists have been relaying different information to me in regards to my billing from the beginning. I wasn't informed that I have to complete all of my appointments within a certain time frame otherwise they would become void even though they are charged for! The last few weeks I had more trouble with my billing... so today, I asked Allison as to how many appointments I've been billed for and how many I have left... she told me something different from what Ambrene stated. I asked her why I got billed for what I did and why Ambrene told me something different. She gave me an explanation that I didn't understand... when I asked her further questions, she got irritated, started sighing, and stated "I wasn't here at that time, and Ambrene doesn't have experience with this". She was very rude and I had to tell her to stop being rude to me. I didn't mind her unfriendly nature since my first visit to the clinic, but today's experience was just very unprofessional! Like hello, I'm paying for my massages... and if I have a question, you owe me a proper response, not "this is the way it works." As much as I like all of the therapists here, I'm looking forward to finishing up my remaining sessions so I can find a clinic that is willing to explain the number of appointments approved, the time frames, the billing cycle, and etc.

I honestly think Dr. Nick is the best chiropractor in the Durham region! If you have any back issues, I highly recommend for you to go and see him! :D In addition, I have known Heidi since her first day as an RMT back in 2012. I have never met any massage therapist as talented as her before! It might be hard to get an appointment with her, but she’s absolutely worth the wait to treat your ailment.

Phenomenal. Heather (physiotherapist) - treated me for a fairly severe back injury. The care and tenacity with which she dedicated herself to my treatment is a pivotal part of my unbelievable recovery. Although I went for the physio, I stayed for the comedy. Thanks for keeping recovery lighthearted - and I am sure the laughter was part of the good medicine here. Dr. Nick (chiropractor) - continues to treat me and oversee my recovery. I'll further add to this review once I have completed treatment with this incredible healthcare worker. Over all - Staff - 10 out of 10 - Bedside manner - 10 - Treatment Planning - 10 - Administrative staff - 10 Environment - 10 out of 10 - Cleanliness - 10 - Housekeeping/Saftety - 10 Layout and facilities. - 9.5 out of 10 - Ritson Bus stop prox. - 10 - Parking accom. - 10 - Physical layout/space - 8.5 I have and will continue torecommend the treatment to my closest family and friends. I am a return patient to this clinic. I first went here for help last year when I had a concussion. I returned a month or so ago after a car accident. My physiotherapist, Ann, is amazing. She some how makes physio exercise less stressful than they probably are. All of the staff here are on the ball. They are very punctual, professional, and genuinely nice people to be around. I highly recommend coming to this clinic.

Unfortunately I got in a car accident three days before New Year’s. I had whiplash, and a very stiff mid to lower back. Some pain with activities and discomfort, So I knew I was going to need some help. I’m so glad I was recommended to come here. The experience has been nothing but great, and fulfilling to my journey to recovery. I had Ann take care of me, and she was assigned to be my physiotherapist. I can honestly say, I am very happy with how events have unfolded, and she has helped me big time on my recovery! Not only is Ann great, in helping you reach your goals, she is also a great person to talk to while getting your treatments. For somebody social like me, it’s great that you can have a great conversation while being treated for something that can cause trauma for you. The experience has been fun, and very much a learning experience for me. I’ve learned a lot about my body, and ways to keep myself strong and healthy moving forward after I finish my three months here. Thank you Ann for making my treatments enjoyable, and comforting!it really has helped me with my recovery! Everyone else has been great, a few mentions. . Ambreen, has also been very helpful! She has been assisting Ann, and she really knows how to make patients feel comfortable, and is super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s been great to know that I am in good hands, with whomever is taking care of my case. Thank you Ambreen! Heidi has been my massage therapist while I have been coming here. Nothing but great things to say about Heidi, she really knows how to give you the deep tissue massage, and assist in healing your muscles and joints. I had a very tight back, and a lot of knots, she really got them, and made my back feel less tense with each session. I also talk a lot, and she has also been very social, and I’m glad I can talk during a massage to somebody! It’s always weird for me to lay there while somebody massages you, and you don’t say a word, so thank you Heidi for the conversations! Stephanie at the front desk is also very helpful, patient and kind, she has helped me with my insurance claims, and took care of everything so I do not need to stress out about it. Thank you for handling my case wit insurance and ensuring I don’t need to stress out about anything, it has been a big help to my recovery, A notable mention to Nick. I haven’t dealt with him in my treatment, but I do see him and hear him, and he is a great member of that team! He is very likeable, social and fun, and seems to really help people out. All in all, a great place to come and get your treatments done, the only issue I have, is the parking lot can be full right away, get there bright and early! Keep up the great work! Thanks for helping me with my road to recovery!
