Amazing place and great service. Kaz is an excellent therapist, I came with a lot of back pain due to bad posture and I left the place like a brand new person. I believe this is going to be my favourite place so far. Pieces are really affordable also

I went in open minded for my first ever yoga class in the studio and in life. This class has definitely opened my mind to positively influence and judgmental people. The owner is breathtaking in her views of such a welcoming atmosphere and she's very personable to her clients and new associates. I highly recommend this studio the owner the whole experience. The family and children of the owner were helpful, polite and funny. Definitely a blessing to the whole experience. Then you will definitely be back and will spread the word!

Good hot stone massage By Ranika. I would've loved a little more rhythmic movement and less heavy foot stepping to really get into a zen space. Will try again with other RMT as her reviews look great.

Went to Kaz today as was in so much pain in my back and hips she was able to make my pain go away with her magic hands thank you so much fo making me feel so much better would recomend Kaz for massage any time you are in pain the greatest and caring person I've ever know thanks Kaz your the best ????????
